International Café — Restaurant in Skopelos Municipality

By far, one of the best taverns in Skopelos.

We had a chicken Gyros on a plate and a giant Gyros pita wrap for 19 Euros in total.

The portion size was bigger than your average Gyros, and the quality of the food was also a lot better compared to other local restaurants.

The staff was very friendly, and our waiter even wished us to enjoy our meal in our own language after he heard us speaking to each other.

On top of that, compared to other local taverns like Nostos, where they sneaked a bottle of water on our bill without even asking us, these guys brought us an entire jug of iced water for free.

They also have the best ice cream in Skopelos for only 2 euros/scoop, where one scoop is twice as big as their competitors.

Personally, I would ignore the reviews regarding the waiting times, because the place is almost always full and waiting about 15 minutes for them to bring you the food is to be expecting when they have so many customers at...

Terrible restaurant! They didn’t have half of the stuff on the menu. The drinks we order tasted like liquor medicin and water mixed. The “frozen” daiquiris were not frozen and the sex on the beach did not taste like a sex on the beach at all. The food was not good, my bolognese was overcooked and did not taste good! Gyros was dripping with fat! One in my group waited 1 hour for her food and had to leave before getting it to find something quick to eat instead because we had a boat to catch back to skiathos and were only here for 2 hours! All 4 of us left our food! Staff was not helpful especially not the man...

The only reason to go here is that the seating is quite lovely. That is the only reason. Service was bad. Staff was rude. Decided not to order food because people was complaining that it wasn’t so good. We ordered coffee and tea and both were not great. We weren’t allowed to choose from the selection of tea and when I asked if there was a different option bc I don’t drink caffeinated tea he said I should have ordered it in the first place and we don’t do things that way. Then walked away…do not recommend unless you want to chill in the swinging chairs-worth...
