Bellissimo Pizzeria — Restaurant in Thassos Municipality

Pizza was good! Waiter and personnel were kind. Owner is rude to customers. The tables are not comfortable, he wants customers to eat and go. In overall they deserve more than 1 star but due to rudeness and unprofessionalism of the owner I am writing this review. Hopefully he will treat his customers better in the future. —— Reply to owner: Regarding the price of water, if it is 2 instead of 4 euros, you charged us 2 euros extra for 2 special pizzas and a bottle of water. Regarding the rudeness, it is not only about the kid 1) you didn’t say hello or welcome before taking the order 2) you didn’t say thank you at all. (Personnel in the store were very polite when serving the pizza) 3) when a customer asked you for the wc, you weren’t friendly and just pointed with your hand, 4) when a lady asked you that she only took a pizza, why you charged me around 24 euros, you rudely reply that a beer costs 5 euros and then you were mocking her with the waitress after she left-even if you are right your tone was not right. Was told they offer take out. Lost time scanning the menu and choosing. Then was told it would take 45-50 mins to get the TAKE OUT order! This is the same wait time for sitting customers! Then they told me they were full, so that's why take out orders had to wait for the orders of the sitting customers! It's crazy - that's NOT how take out works at all! I'd not come ever again! If you don't offer take out orders, don't tell customers you do. Restaurant standard is 10-15 min for take out orders no matter of the sitting customers! Great pizza. New update, still good pizza ,but sadly I decided not to come there anymore, considering that I'm trying to buy pizza for last 2 months from them and there are always excuses like no take out , you need to wait for empty table ( no logic ) and then you wait so they would notice you they will close soon and there is no way to get pizza , and all that in very rude and dismissive way ... Until now I would recommend to all tourists this place as worth of visit,but after a season of bad experience with them I will just forget that this...
