Τα μεζεδοκαμωματα — Restaurant in Trikala Municipality

To start off let me say that I am disappointed with my poor review. This is the first restaurant that opened in the old district of 'manavika' some 20 years ago which was then mostly derelict, its success lead to the regeneration of the whole area with many shops and restaurants subsequently opening. Unfortunately my last visit on a relative quiet Sunday afternoon was a big let down. Food was very bland, service was ok and prices were very high. Trikala has experienced a hike in tourism in recent years and if we want to remain competitive and attractive as a tourist destination we need to up our game, please consider this review as constructive criticism and hopefully this was a one off experience and...

The meals are expensive and quantities laughable especially compared to the neighboring restaurants, they are decent in taste though. The service is unacceptable. We sat down while half of the tables were empty, waited for about 30 minutes for our order to be taken and another 30 minutes to even get our beverages. The heater near our table was turned off and it was cold (Januray) so we asked them to open it which they did but after about 15 minutes they turned it off again without telling us. We asked them to reopen it and they did but they closed it again.

Τα δύο αστέρια είναι μόνο για την κουζίνα,το φαγητό μια χαρά,όχι το καλύτερο αλλά πολύ νόστιμο μπράβο στους μάγειρες!!! Οι σερβιτόροι δυστυχώς λίγο αγενείς.. Μας έφεραν τα πρώτα πιάτα,τα φάγαμε βάλαμε άδεια τα πιάτα το ένα πάνω στο άλλο και δεν τα πήραν όταν μας έφεραν τα γεμάτα πιάτα(μικρό το κακό βέβαια) έως και μηδαμινό.. Αφού φάγαμε επί ώρα τους κάναμε νόημα για να πληρώσουμε περιμέναμε περίπου 15 λεπτά για να έρθουν. Αφού μας έφεραν με τα πολλά τον λογαριασμό(ειμασταν με την κάρτα στο χέρι για να πληρώσουμε)δεν μας έφεραν πος ,μας άφησαν τον λογαριασμό και έφυγαν.... Φάγαμε περίπου 15 λεπτά ακόμη για να τους κάνουμε νόημα ότι θέλουμε να πληρώσουμε και δεν ερχόντουσαν...Κάποια στιγμή ήρθε ένας σερβιτόρος και φώναξε τι θα θέλουμε,με νεύρα....Είναι δυνατών?περιμένουμε πόση ώρα να πληρώσουμε κάνουμε νόημα και ο ένας στέλνει τον άλλον και κανείς δεν έρχεται εν τέλει,και φωνάζει και από πάνω?Πληρώσαμε επίσης ψωμί το οποίο μας ρώτησαν αν θέλουμε είπαμε όχι,και λίγο πριν ξεκινήσουμε τα νοήματα για να πληρώσουμε αφού είχαμε αδειάσει τα 3 πιάτα,μας έφεραν ψωμί το οποίο δεν αγγιξαμε ποτέ.Φιαξτε το μενού στον ίντερνετ άλλες τιμές γράφετε και από κοντά άλλες είδαμε..
