Balkoni 1963 — Restaurant in Volos Municipality

We went there with my family for the 25th of March. Services was really slow, event when the restaurant was almost empty. I can understand the difficulty of the day, but again, when you are not busy its unresonable. About the food, we ordered like 6 plates and not even one was OK. Not excellent. Just ok. All the meats we ordered, came cold, stale and seemed like 4-5 days cooked. The stews were watery, tasteless and seemed old too. WE tried to speak with the Manager, but EVERYONE was rude with no intention to help or to listen. For a restaurant with this kind of prices, you expect something really good. One of the worst places to eat. All meat were 3 or maybe more days old,you just cannot understand what you eat,absolutely no taste. Stay far,sometimes many bad reviews mean something. We ate there because all other taverns were full with people waiting to sit. I was really too disappointed and I would never eat...

Καλή ποικιλία από ψητά της ώρας και λίγα μαγειρευτά ( αν και δεν τα είχε όλα). Τα ορεκτικά ήρθαν γρήγορα αλλά ήταν κρύα (παρότι τηγανητά) και τα κυρίως παρολο που έκαναν περισσότερα από 40 λεπτά να έρθουν δεν ήταν άσχημα. Καλό είναι όταν έχεις κανονίσει 40 άτομα γκρουπ στο μαγαζί να ενημερώνεις τους υπόλοιπους πελάτες γιατί ενδέχεται να μη θέλουν να φάνε τη μπριζόλα τους μια ώρα μετά την σαλατα. Διασκέδασα αρκετά με το ότι μας χρέωσαν το δεύτερο ψωμί που ζητήσαμε ενόσω περιμέναμε εναγωνίως το φαγητό. Το μόνο που σώζει το μαγαζί είναι το ευγενικό και υπομονετικό προσωπικό. Δε θα το έλεγα καθόλου value for money.Εκμεταλλεύονται το ότι είναι σε τουριστική περιοχή και ανακυκλώνεται ο κόσμος συνεχώς αλλά κρίμα γιατί είναι σε καλή θέση και θα είχε καλές...
