I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kritsa in Pelion, and it was an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations.

Ambiance and Decor: The restaurant boasts a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful decor that blends modern elegance with local charm. Soft lighting and comfortable seating create an intimate setting perfect for both casual dining and special occasions.

Service: From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and friendly, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the menu and offering insightful recommendations. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality contributed significantly to the overall dining experience.

Cuisine: The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, each thoughtfully crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the lamp which was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, showcasing the chef's culinary expertise. The presentation was artful, and portion sizes were generous, providing excellent value for the price.

Beverage Selection: The wine list is extensive, featuring a well-curated selection of local and international wines to complement the menu. The staff's recommendations were spot-on, enhancing the flavors of our meal.

Overall Experience: Kritsa delivers a dining experience that seamlessly combines exceptional food, outstanding service, and a warm atmosphere. It's evident that the team is passionate about providing guests with a memorable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience in...

I rarely bother to leave reviews on Google about restaurants I have visited. I make an exception today because my husband and I had dinner here on Dec 29th and I want to truly applaud this restaurant for the amazing dishes and the impeccable service, and with reasonable prices, showing true respect to the customer. Every single thing we had that night had been prepared with care, and it clearly shows that the chef and kitchen staff love what they do. The flavours were all well combined (each bite was a pop of flavours in my mouth - if there is boubari and wild pork dishes on the menu on the day you visit, get those for sure!) and it was evident that local resources had been used, hence making this restaurant easily earn the truly sustainable label. The staff were friendly, prompt in their service and went above and beyond to cater to our personal needs and recommend wine and dishes that matched our preferences. The highlight of the night was when the waiter encouraged me to smell the jars with the local tea flavours and herbs and choose whichever one I want - that cup of tea to finish my dinner was the best one I have had in a long time. Well done to everyone in this restaurant - keep up the good work, and we hope to be back soon. Or you can open a branch in Athens, think...

Good food, well prepared. I ate lamb it was good prepared with pasta. It's was soft and juicy, easy to eat not chewy (not too much chewy- lamb it a little bit chewy by itself) just as it should be so I could taste the nice aroma and flavor it got. Also try trahana they make it with super delicious sausage. And the best of all was the weeds plate with 2 eggs on top of them, super good plate, rare and traditional recipe, first time I see this plate on a restaurant menu, at traditional households they make it, it was very tasty, well done chef! Thank you very much for this great meal. Beer was cold and nice. Prices slitly over the average like for a Euro or 2, but it's worth it to eat for one time. The place is under the trees with cool water coming out of a lion as in the whole village. Service was fast good and caring. The road to get there has a ton of turns as the whole Pilio has, parking is not a problem, there are 2 parking alleys close to the restaurant. The restaurant is inside a park with other more simple restaurants. Also across the street there are great tranditional sweets, chestnuts rare sweet, strawberry, blueberry, Cherrys, orange, best to put over the ice cream. Have a nice at Pilio it's a great place especially the sea...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming restaurant in the heart of Portaria, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with such warm and kind customer service that it immediately felt like home. The menu offers a wonderful selection of vegan and vegetarian options, which is rare to find in traditional eateries, and all of the dishes are crafted with fresh, local ingredients. The flavors are authentic and reflective of the region’s rich culinary tradition. I especially loved the locally-made wine – it paired beautifully with our meal and added a special touch to the evening. The ambience is simply magical, especially during the Christmas season. The cozy, warm decor and tasteful holiday decorations make it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal after exploring the village. It’s clear a lot of thought and love has gone into creating such a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a true taste of the area with a modern twist on inclusivity, this is the place to go. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back on my next visit to Portaria!
