I was regret I didn’t read reviews before I came there. Parking arrangement is really wired, there are 2-3 guys, but the most active only one, who do not give you choice and sending you in one place - this restaurant, what I didn’t planed to go actually. And they want money for “caring car”afterwards. This is not normal cuz usually parking free or organised in the beginning, if the parking belongs to someone… After, when you have only one choice and going straight to this restaurant, they wants money for the umbrella and sun bed. But it’s ok, I can understand, but not understandable why near on the beach “Dafna taverna” all this options are free…? And why I couldn’t reach “dafni taverna” from the beginning?? Ahhhh yes, because they mobsters on parking do not let you go other way! We had a lunch there: 1 fish, 2 Greek salads, soda and juice. The bill was 85€!!! Just for the information, a day before we had a dinner: dorado, warm appetisers: mussels and shrimps, grilled Sardinias and calamari, 2 shots of raki, 1/2 wine, 2 types of saganaki cheese, sweets and coffee for 81 euro!!! Avoid this place, and go directly when you parking your car to the beach down by road where those mobsters are sitting. Expectations in the end was...

Da evitare!! Viaggiando per lavoro ho visitato parecchi posti, ma raramente mi è mai capitato un servizio così ineducato come in questo stabilimento. Siamo stati indirizzati dal parcheggiatore forzatamente ad andare alla taverna a destra della spiaggia, con la promessa che con questa scelta lui avrebbe tenuto “al sicuro” la macchina. Abbiamo occupato e pagato i posti in prima fila. All’inizio c’è stato chiesto più volte in modo assillante se volessimo ordinare qualcosa. In quel momento eravamo a posto e quindi non abbiamo ordinato nulla. Confrontandoci con i nostri vicini di ombrellone c’è stato detto che avremmo dovuto ricevere, compresa nel prezzo dell’ombrellone, una bottiglia d’acqua che però non ci è stata mai portata. All’ora di pranzo, abbiamo provato a mangiare i nostri panini, ma la signora addetta al “servizio”, se così si può chiamare, ci ha subito sgridati in malo modo, dicendo che il regolamento proibiva le proprie consumazioni. Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di mostrarci il regolamento, che ovviamente era inesistente. Faccio presente che questo regolamento non esisteva né in greco, né in inglese, né in francese, né in nessun’altra lingua; questa precisazione è per chi ritiene che ci fossero state incomprensioni linguistiche. Ad ogni modo, invece di mostrarci questo regolamento, la non gentile signora ci ha detto di andare a parlare con il responsabile dello stabilimento. Anche qui, faccio educatamente presente che se un regolamento esiste deve essere per legge esposto, o almeno il cliente deve esserne messo al corrente. Ad ogni modo non abbiamo ritenuto di dover andare a parlare con nessuno e abbiamo riposto il nostro cibo, anche perché un dialogo con questa signora non è stato proprio possibile, in quanto continuava ad alterarsi e a non farci parlare. Dopo questo spiacevole episodio, la signora non è più passata a chiederci se volessimo ordinare qualcosa, mentre continuava a passare agli altri ombrelloni. Che dire… mi stupisco veramente che certe persone possano esercitare questa professione quando è palese che la comunicazione, l’attenzione al cliente e l’educazione mancano. Per curiosità abbiamo poi letto le recensioni del posto, e ci siamo resi conto che questo è un comportamento che si reitera. Purtroppo non avevamo avuto modo di leggere precedentemente le esperienze altrui. Mi auguro che la nostra esperienza invece possa servire a qualcuno. Se posso consigliare, recatevi agli stabilimenti a sinistra del parcheggio, che hanno lettini a prezzi molto più onesti e , a quanto pare , un servizio degno...
