Boomerang Beach Restaurant bar — Restaurant in Zakynthos Municipality

Came here twice June 24, First visit evening we sat and waited for menus and acknoledgement, and waited, and waited. It had a fair few tables occupied, but seemed to only have two staff serving but seemed to blank us in passing - no 'be with you in a moment'. Eventually after about 10 minutes a young guy did come to our table no apology for the wait and took our order. The food did eventually come after a very long wait and the food was good, not great but good. The second time we visted during the late afternoon for a drink. There was one other table of four people, then a man appeared at our side and gave us menus, it was one of the other customers at the table of four he'd been told by the waiter guy to bring us some menus. (the chap shrugged some kind of apology and went back to his table.) again we waited and waited, no acknoledgement by staff or owner who I believe was sitting at a table with freinds. So after about another 5 mins we got up and left. This is a business that really has no care for it's customers, it doesn't care if you don't come back-there's always another tourist to walk through the...

7-7-19 I had dinner at boomerang really bad service, walking past and not asking for drinks or anything need to ask there attention all the time. Then order fries half an hour later nothing so told her we dont need it anymore as everything was finished already. And she just pulled up her shoulders. Fish and chips (easiest meal there is) came without sauce fish was over cooked. Enchiladas more cheese then enchiladas couldn't taste the enchiladas and no salad or guacamole what always should come with an Mexican meal. Really really bad. Only 1 star cause they had live music from a b'day, they shouldn't deserve this 1 star because the music was organised from the b'day people. Hope they will do something about the complaints. Going through the other reviews I'm not the only complaining about the service. So think about it twice before...

at the time of typing i am waiting at the airport for my flight back. I thought I'd write a 5 star review because that's what they deserve at least. We were in boomerang studios from August 19-24. The owners and employees are all super friendly and helpful. For example, on the last day we were allowed to stay longer in our apartment than was actually agreed, because we flew in late and we could still take a shower, etc. The food they serve was also very tasty at boomerang beach bar and restaurant. All in all a perfect stay close to the sea with really really friendly staff. Thanks for everything we enjoyed. Regards...
