Delicious food, big portions, fast servings and add Georgia’s lovely mom or big sister energy to that with her laughters all day long. This woman deserves everything that she’s got. The way she treats her customers and the way the food tastes is what makes them whole.

Georgia once told me her brother and mother don’t allow anyone in the kitchen and you can taste that in their dishes. I haven’t tried shrimps so deliciously prepared in any other restaurants in Greece the way Georgia’s does. Oh btw Georgia if you’re reading this I’m your Shrimp Saganaki writing this. And the portion you made on my request out of Shrimp Saganaki was amazing.

This was a merely adequate culinary experience. The service was polite and always smiling, willing to do the best. Still, the offered food (we tried easy and simple pasta) was blunt, not at all up to the standards of what a greek traditional, authentic restaurant should be offering. Quick tip: for the authentic Napolitan sauce recipe maybe it would be a nice idea to use a bit more salt, and some more herbs which we can find in abundance here in Greece.
