No recomiendo comer carne en Cebollines, no es su especialidad, pedí el plato "Los compadres" trae carne, mucha cebolla y un jalapeño, lo cual estaría bien si vinieran correctamente salteadas las cebollas y la carne supiera a carne, le echan una especie de mantequilla a todo y todo el plato sabía solo a mantequilla, decepción total. Con cierta experiencia en la cocina uno sabe cuando algo sabe bueno y cuando es mediocre. El chef debería de repasar esa receta, ya que uno quiere carne qué sepa a carne, no a mantequilla.
