If I could give this place a zero, I would. A bartender wrote in my tip for me! In front of my face! When I told him I didn't write this, he did nothing about it. It was a 6 dollar tip, on a 4 dollar tab...it's not about the money, it's about the principle. First, I know he wrote it in because he only gave me my customer copy, signed and tipped. Second, when he gave the recite back, he told me I didn't have to give him attitude when I was trying to give him my name to find my tab. Third, who says that to their customers. Plus, I was not giving the bartender attitude. I was just trying to talk over the live band behind me and was having a great time before hand. This made me so angry and sad at the same time. Fourth, you know he did it because when I confronted him, he did nothing and brushed me off. The fact that someone would have the audacity to do that and treat their customers like this is appalling. I talked to the manager or What was said to be the manager and she told me, "there's nothing she can do about it right now because they were so busy, but that she'd zero it out." Idk if that's even going to happen. But man this just makes me so mad. That employee is more than likely getting away with fraudulent activity straight in front of the customers face and nothing is being done about it. Terrible, I'm so upset. I really liked this place, but now I will never go back because I cant support that kind of business. Get your self together Hills and Dales.
