A Feast Worth Savoring at CIMA

Dining at CIMA is an experience that lingers long after the last bite, and our evening was no exception. The star of the meal? A magnificent Tomahawk steak, a true showstopper that embodied both grandeur and indulgence. With its impressive bone-in presentation, this cut delivered succulent, perfectly grilled meat, each bite rich with flavor and expertly seared to perfection.

CIMA’s atmosphere played its role beautifully—sophisticated yet welcoming, setting the stage for a memorable evening of fine dining. From the first moment, the staff ensured a seamless experience, adding warmth to the upscale setting.

The Tomahawk itself was a masterpiece, generously portioned and cooked just right. Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with sides that complemented its bold, smoky essence, it was clear that CIMA understands how to treat premium cuts with the respect they deserve.

For those seeking an unforgettable steak experience, CIMA delivers with confidence and craftsmanship, proving that when it comes to Tomahawk perfection, they know exactly what they’re doing. Would I return? Without hesitation—CIMA doesn’t just serve a meal; it creates an experience...

Food is really good!! It’s a great experience. But the service is terrible. They have a bad policy when it comes to customer service. We asked for a glass of water, and they said they don’t give free water, they wanted me to buy a bottle. For me, this is an insult to a paying customer. You don’t deny water to any human being, and even worse, to a paying customer at a fine restaurant.

We also took Mom for her birthday and asked if they offered something complimentary for the occasion, and they gave an astounding “no,” even though we were about to pay a pricey bill. Restaurant owners should understand small acts of kindness toward the customer are an investment, and converts in more sales. Even fast food restaurants and small businesses understand this better; it makes the customer feel special and makes them want to return. I think this is something they should really consider.

Overall, we felt the service was not at the standard we expected for fine dining. Food however, was good. Kudos...

CIMA Roof Top is a must-visit in San Pedro Sula! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. Our server, Jason, was absolutely amazing—attentive, personable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening.

The wine selection here is a solid 10/10, with options that perfectly complement the food. I ordered the steak, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a delight.

And then there’s the view—absolutely breathtaking. Overlooking the city from above, it adds a magical touch to the dining experience, especially as the sun sets and the city lights begin to sparkle.

If you’re looking for great food, excellent wine, top-notch service, and an unforgettable view, CIMA Roof Top is the...

I went to the restaurant with my family - we were 4. We enjoyed the food, we usually order the coloflower and focaccia so this time we changed it up to the whipped feta, beef carpaccio, pancetta, fry trilogy and steak (I forget which one at this moment). The food was really good but for Honduras the food was overvalued - the ambiance makes up for the prices. The view is amazing but you have to get there first come first serve gets those tables assigned. You can tell that people come here for special occasions we saw at least 5 party balloons and large groups when we entered. We had to wait about 20 min to be seated given they were full. Which was ok but when you make a reservación you expect to be seated within 10 min of arriving.
