OKI POKI — Restaurant in San Pedro Sula

The food was pretty good/fresh, the restaurant itself is very nice. The service is absolutely the worst I have seen in a while. When we arrived and were seated the waitress never came to take our order, I had to flag her down. She threw all the dishes and silverware for all of us in a corner, then proceeded to dump all of the plates from opposite sides of the table reaching over everyone. Its a fast food service type, but not the prices. I had to flag down the waiter again to order another soft drink. At one point I counted ten staff members at their work counter, most chatting away. Flagging down once again the waiter for the check. Hard work. Never once came on their own. Incredible. We were there two hours. It was empty when we arrived, I cannot imagine it full. I hope...

This is personally one of the worst places I have gone to in San Pedro Sula. The customer service was terribly awful. We waited for our seats for around 45 minutes, which is completely understandable, however once we were seated, it took us over 30 minutes to even be asked for our refreshments. After that, we ordered food and began to eat. Finally, we finished eating and tried to order an additional roll. The server told us the sushi chef had a "big order". El ambiente y servicio esta ok. Me lleve una gran sorpresa cuando pedi sake caliente. El sake caliente vino en un tarrito como normalmente es. Cuando voy echando el sake a la copita, veo que el tarro se vacio de inmediato y que el sake que venia en el tarro solo me lleno media copita! El tarro de ese tamaño debe de dar al menos 3-4 copitas. En el menu aparece el costo de 100 lps, pero la mesera me dijo luego que ese costo es para 1 copita o sea como 1 a 1.5 oz. Eso nunca fue estipulado en el menu, ni lo menciona. Solo dice sake 100lps. La mesera me dijonquensinqueria el tarro lleno iba a costar 500 lp, al mirar de nuevo al menu, no esta ni aparece esa opcion. Bueno, al momento de pagar la cuenta veo que me estan cobrando 150lps por el sake, y de nuevo y les pregunto porque el precio cambio, el pretexto de ella es que el menu es viejo, pero el menu es el que aparece con el codigo QR, o sea que es el mas actualizado, la mesera se va a corregir y ajustar la cuenta y me dice que el precio para el sake caliente es de 150lp pero que me lo ajusto por el malentendido....mmmm raro eso. Mi desicion es que nunca regresare a este lugar. Por representacion falsa de precios o falta transparencia. Total pague alrededor de 1200lps por 3 rollos, 1 bote de agua, 1 lata de coca cola, y media copa de sake SERVIDO en un inmenso tarro. Alli deduzcan uds...
