The Burger Project Viza utca — Restaurant in Budapest

I visited this restaurant for the first time based on a video I saw on the Streetkitchen YouTube platform. I must say, the place is immaculate, the staff is friendly, the dining area is spacious, bustling with many guests. I ordered a beast burger with chili mayo, along with loaded fries with bacon. I don't think I've ever had such a good burger before. Whoever visits here, don't linger outside the door, just go in and YOLO, order something. You surely won't regret it. And when you're done, head to the Danube promenade, whether on foot or with a Lime scooter as it is 2 min walk away :) Enjoy.

Ps.: don't forget their house IPA ;) + the cheddar cheese is not some cheap, budget cheese sauce, but real cheddar, with a cheddar taste...

The only mistake I did here was not taking a photo. Next time for sure. Two things the place can still improve on are the cleanness of the floor, as I was there alone, there were tables with sauce spread all over. The other part is the side dish. The portion of the sauce is unadjusted to the portion of fries. By all means, the fries portion is outstanding, not oily and perfectly seasoned, however the sauce quantity is too small for it. This is by far the best burger place in Budapest. Period. I had the double Project Burger and it was just insane. Two angus beef patties that are about 130 grams each and the special sauce makes me think of In-N-Out burger. This is way more tasty and juicy. The bun is also perfect. They must make these in house but I’m not sure. So if you’re around this place go here. But keep in mind it is absolutely slammed during lunch hour. They should franchise this place.
