This restaurant ’ s management can not be trusted for large event planning, For example : -made offers in writing then retracted them. -promised discounts then retracted them -promised reserving Event date then cancelled them without confirming with its customer, -Promised return calls never fulfilled, -confused calendar dates on official Company offers,

In short , this restaurant wasted more than 2 months of my event s planning time and jeopardised the possibility to plan effectively within the time constraints remaining.

The way my potential business (several millions Forints event plan) was handled makes me seriously question anything this restaurant does including its food!. My partner and I book on the site around 11am to go and eat at this renowned restaurant (2.30pm shift), we receive confirmation via the site after making the reservation with my name and surname written correctly. We arrive at the restaurant and the girl in charge of reservations asks us our name already in a pissed off manner, and then tells us in a really rude way that she couldn't find us. So I asked her if she had written correctly, showing her my name, which being a name that can be written with y or i, perhaps she was wrong, but she replied that she already knew how to write it (I wonder how she knew). After which a waitress recognized that we are Italian and in Italian, (we had just arrived and we had barely opened our mouths) she exclaimed "Well, Italians are the troublemakers"...then accusing us of not having really booked (when in reality it was a problem with the site) they told us mandates away.
