Ezüstpart Étterem — Restaurant in Siófoki járás

We were with 2 small children on a monday early evening (before 6pm). The place was nice, servers were nice, food came quick, all was good, we were thinking about desserts. I was still finishing after we fed the kids first of course, my husband was with them. They were on their small motors when the owner of the place arrived and ruined the evening. There was no other table than ours and theirs, but he demanded that that they stop as it is not a playground but a restaurant. He was incredibly rude with the kids and my husband, he even came after me to our table to still continue arguing. I told him respectfully that we heard enough and will finish our evening somewhere else. Was still one more table with 4 guests at that moment, still around 6.30 pm, so really noone to complain. His stuff were coming to apologise for his behaviour, and they were really nice still trying to make it up for us, only because of them i’m not...

My family of four walked by around 10:45 am to inquire about today's menu options. The gate was open and there were two people there, so we walked into the front yard to ask our question. The woman was incredibly and unnecessarily rude. She said that she doesn't know what the menu options for that day's lunch would be. She also said that she doesn't usually post it until 11:00 am (mind you, I asked this question at 10:45 am, so I'd love to know why she wouldn't know what they'll be serving for lunch that day that she's supposed to post 15 minutes later or why she couldn't have said that she'd ask the kitchen staff) and she also said that they weren't open yet. All this in such an incredibly rude and dismissing tone of voice that made us decide that we'd never ever go there to eat. You might be better off eating elsewhere too and...

Családi jó barát ajánlotta. Nagy csalódás volt, a kiszolgálás és ételek terén is. Bent szerettünk volna leülni, mert kisgyerekkel voltunk, akit két hete megcsípett egy darázs és most érthető módon fél mindentől, ami az arcához közel repül (szeme alatt csípte meg). Már a pincérnek csúfolt vendéglátó ipari betanított munkás reakciónál el kellett volna gondolkodnunk, hogy biztos itt akarunk-e enni. Mivel a gyerek már éhes volt, ezért maradtunk, de ha csak felnőttek lettünk volna, már ott biztos kijövünk. Ha valóban vendéget szeretnének látni, akkor nem az a helyes reakció ilyenkor, hogy odaóbégat a kollégájának, hogy idézem: ezek bent akarnak enni. Főleg miután vázolom a miértjét. Dolgoztam én is vendéglátásban, alapvető, hogy megadom a tiszteletet a fizető vendégnek. Sajnos úgy látszik, ez nem olyan evidens annak, aki benne dolgozik….még mindig nem, 2024-ben sem. Az étel pocsék volt, egyedül a gyereknek rendelt steakburgonya volt ehető, amihez nem tudtak majonézt adni, mert elfogyott. A majonéz egy nagyon nehezen beszerezhető vagy előállítható ízesítő az ételekhez, amit csak heted hétországból lehet beszerezni, ott ahol a kurta farkú malac túr….vagy még messzebbről…. A benti hangulatához pedig a plafonról lelógó snájdig kis légy papír szolgáltatta a jó kedvet és főként az étvágyat. Értem én, hogy sok a légy, de semmi mással nem oldható meg így a 21. században a légy kérdés???? Eszed a levest és közben nézed a légy tetemekkel teli légy papírt……..azt hiszem nem értem a...
