The restaurant has the best chef in my thinking because food were delicious and an amazing, the ambience of restaurant were delightful, the owner or management of the restaurant has done a excellent work however I felt the floor stuff need a basic customer service training.
In my second visit out of all the floor stuffs only 2 of them were attentive, rest of them were just standing in the bar chatting with each other. If management of the restaurant take an effort to supervise their floor stuffs and provide them customer service training than it would be more beneficial to the restaurant and also a pleasant dining experience for the customer, after all who could like to go to restaurants to spend the money where waiter and waitress are lacking courteous and are not attentive towards customers just don't go to restaurants to eat and pay the bill, they go there to have good time with their friends, and families.
