I’ve been going to Subway for two decades now – longer than many marriages last – and honestly, it’s been pretty smooth sailing. The tuna sub? Always there for me like a dependable best friend. The Subway Melt? Like a warm hug, especially when drenched in sweet onion sauce and honey mustard – because why have one sauce when you can have two?
Service is usually quick, which is great because my hunger waits for no one. And in Iceland, where eating out often feels like taking out a mortgage, Subway keeps it real with reasonable prices. My wallet thanks you.

Read moreWe were looking forward to eat here but we were deeply disappointed when they didn't have most types of bread, any type of cookie, sauces, promotion cards or the soda normally available. If that wasn't bad enough, the staff squeezed the sandwiches in the end and when we unpacked them the bread was all torn up as the picture shows. Maybe the staff is incompetent and don't know how to manage a place nor make sandwiches or they were having a really bad day. If this happens again in lowering my score to 1 star..
