Kebab-e-que — Restaurant in Agra

We went to this place with family of 20 people including kids. The restaurants was empty when we reached. Server did not know the menu properly, he even couldn’t suggest anything from the menu, we didn’t realise that we ordered less and server didn’t even mentioned that what we have ordered will be less for such a big crowd. This is least you expect in a 5 start hotel. It took 40 minutes to get the starters and another 20 minutes more to get the main course. When I asked the server can I order more than he told it will again take 30 minutes for the food to come, so we didn’t order. We were with kids and one of the kid had a bad stomach and have puked on the baby chair which I cleaned on my own since it was our responsibility and asked them to get the floor cleaned but housekeeping never came and he didn’t even offer to change the table . Lastly I got furious and asked them for a change of table. We wanted to share our experience with the Duty manager then some restaurant manager came and started to talk but he didn’t even once apologised for what happened. Went here especially for the Kebabs hoping to have a good time with my family but had to endure one of the worst ever experiences at a fine dining place in a supposedly 5-star hotel. Service was very poor. We had asked all our food to be served together but they ignored our instructions and still served us the starters first which were completely cold. The presentation was horrible. It looked as if they had just put the food on the plate without any thought. Then we had the main course which tasted awful (Daal makhani was excessively sweet). Kind of a sleepy place with none of the hustle and bustle that one associates with restaurants. There was no one to seat us when we entered so we hung around for a bit, enquired at reception and finally just let ourselves in. That said, the server was very efficient and enthusiastic.
