Hotel Taj Holiday — Hotel in Agra

Hotel taj is situated just near to the main road. It is a budget friendly hotel. The staffs are very welcoming and they are available at your service 24x7. The rooms are large and clean with modern day amenities. The bathroom is also well decorated. The food here is delicious. We had the butter chicken and butter naan. I would recommend to try those. They have the dining area behind the reception. Overall it is a good hotel with family friendly staffs. I would suggest to stay at this hotel if one wants to have a good and family...

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The hotel was absolutely unhygienic – beer cans and bottles were lying around on the floor, rooms were not cleaned properly, and even the jet shower was not working. This place is not suitable for families at all, as it seems more like a spot for unwanted activities than a decent stay. The hotel staff was extremely rude and uncooperative, and the management clearly does not care about guests’ comfort or cleanliness. I would strongly advise others not to waste...

The worst stay experience ever had. The room was not properly cleaned up, linens were dirty, and on top of that, there was no water in the washroom for more than 8 hours. We had to struggle for water the whole night for even basic necessities. 6-7 times we called the front desk, and every time they said to wait for 10 minutes, but there was no proper resolution provided until next morning, only two hour before checkout, they provided another room to use the washroom.
