The ambience at QAIRO is delightful. Located atop Hotel Howard Plaza on Fatehabad Road, it’s a two-story rooftop café offering both open-air seating and covered areas. The tables are adorned with beautiful large umbrellas (chhatris), adding to the charm. There’s also a covered bar section where you can relax comfortably. The ambience exudes a Santorini vibe with an Indian twist, characterized by abundant fresh flowers creating a pleasant atmosphere both day and night. Additionally, the nearby metro adds to the experience, with the sight of passing trains adding to the ambiance. Overall, it’s a fantastic vibe and highly photogenic; every corner is perfect for Instagram-worthy shots. That sums up the ambience at QAIRO
For the bar section, the mocktails at QAIRO are excellent, although you need to specify your preferences to the staff. They offer a wide variety of customizable drinks, making it possible to tailor your beverage to your liking. Their menu is one of the most extensive in the city, offering a promising selection of drinks.
When it comes to the food, QAIRO never disappoints. I've personally tried 50% of the menu, and every dish has been consistently good. Their Neapolitan pizzas are a standout, offering a unique taste experience not found elsewhere in the city. The starters are also impressive, with the pizzas being particularly flavorful and light, ensuring you don't feel overly full. The quick cooking time locks in the flavors perfectly. Additionally, their dumplings are a highlight, especially the mushroom variety which I found delightful. For those seeking healthier options, they offer dishes like Caesar salad and vegetables tossed in Chinese sauce. The beetroot appetizer is another refreshing option worth trying.
One area where QAIRO could improve is staff training. During my visit, I noticed that some of the waitstaff seemed inexperienced, and even the sous-chef was unsure about vegan dishes when asked. It would be beneficial for the staff to undergo training to enhance their knowledge of the menu, including specialties, and to improve their overall...

Restaurant Review: Qairo
If you're looking for a restaurant that blends elegance with bold flavors, Qairo is the place to be. I recently visited, and from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a special dining experience.
Ambience & Service:
Qairo has a modern yet cozy atmosphere, with dim lighting and stylish decor that sets the perfect mood. The staff was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations without being overbearing.
Food & Presentation:
I started with their signature appetizer, which was beautifully plated and packed with fresh flavors. For the main course, I tried the grilled lamb with a spiced yogurt sauce, and it was absolutely delicious—tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. My friend ordered the seafood risotto, which was creamy, rich, and full of fresh seafood.
And of course, we couldn’t leave without dessert! The pistachio baklava was the perfect sweet ending, with flaky layers and just the right amount of honey.
Pricing & Overall Experience:
While Qairo leans towards the upscale side, the quality of food and service makes it well worth the price. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just indulging in a...
Read moreAmbience and food taste are good while the portion size is quite less as per the price. Nevertheless the food was tasty. 2 stars for compulsorily adding service charge in the name of "STAFF WELFARE CHARGE". The waiter says that "aapko dineout aur credit card se discount mil raha hai, isliye aapke liye service charge mandatory hai, dineout me bhi aisa hi likha hai". While dineout states- government taxes and service charges will be levied, as applicable. A very humble question to Mr. Manager of Qairo- how should I give more than 1 star for such unwarranted claims on discount offered by dineout on which you have registered yourself to attract more people?? How do you define such behavior of your staff??
P. S. - Hopefully you'll soon be intimated by the consumer court for your honourable actions..
