Hotel Ashish Palace — Hotel in Agra

As the meaning of the name Ashish Hotel is very high as known.....it is true in every sense of the word. The rooms are of a very high standard. Bathrooms are very clean. Despite being near a main road, this hotel...interference from outside noise is very minimal. It has a restaurant where vegetarian food is available. If you need non-vegetarian food, there are restaurants nearby. When you come in groups, there are facilities to prepare food. The main manager is very active pleasant friendly person. When guests arrive at the hotel, a very warm welcome is given by him along with the staff. Staff are available to provide service around the clock. The evening shift receptionist did not honour bookings from OYO and two of my brother's have to find other hotels despite their bookings were confirmed. Very unprofessional, uneducated and aggressive receptionist. No understanding of customer care. At one point he said, we have Rs 4.5lacs stuck with OYO, if you can pay it, I will give you the room. I said why don't you remove your hotel from the OYO website, on which he pushed us to book through other apps that were offering higher rates than OYO. Horrendous Experience

My recent stay at Ashish Palace was horrendous. The check-in was painfully slow, and the front desk staff were completely indifferent. My room was in terrible shape—dust everywhere, stained carpets, and a filthy bathroom with mold. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the linens were old and worn.

The amenities were a joke. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and the air conditioning was loud and ineffective, making it impossible to sleep. When I complained, the staff were rude and did nothing to fix the issues.
