Worst service ever! They charged a high price, claiming to include fondant, but if you look at the top of the cake, the toppings are just scribbles.

First of all, I specifically asked for a chocolate truffle cake, but they gave me a basic chocolate cake, which was nothing special.

Next, I requested that they include "Dad" and "Husband" on the cake toppings, which they did, but charged an excessively high price for it. For the word "Husband," the "U" was small, and all the other letters were in capital letters. Even after informing them, they didn’t bother to fix it.

Additionally, the "Dad" on the cake was not written properly — the "D" was poorly done.

The heart shapes were awful. After they made it a second time, it still wasn’t any better; the first attempt was even worse.

Also, if you look at the sides of the cake, it’s poorly patched to the box. It looks terrible.

One of the most disappointing parts is that it was for a birthday, but there’s no “Happy Birthday” written on the cake! They said they would write it on a whiteboard instead, but why did they charge me Rs. 1300 if they couldn’t provide a properly decorated cake as promised?

I had requested a round-shaped cake with glitter and specific decorations, but nothing was done as discussed.

When I tried reaching out to them, I received no response. They told me the shop would close around 10:30-11:00 PM, but when I called at 10:55, they rushed me to come quickly. However, they were still decorating and writing after 11:00 PM, and I only received the cake at 11:20 PM. Even after I raised my concerns, they only made changes to the heart shapes, which were still not up to the mark.

Worst experience! When you can't meet customer expectations, don’t charge such...

I have ordered 10kg cake (two 4 kgs and one 2 kg , totally 3 cakes)for my baby’s first birthday. I have frequently followed up them , on the day of birthday I have called 3hrs before to get it ready by 6pm evening . They told in phone call cake will ready by 5:30 pm come and collet . But When my father reached bakery to collect cake they haven’t packed those three cakes and shouted on us to inform before. This extremely silly how can we take cake without packing , I don’t have words and time to speak with them at that time . They packed cakes given us at 7:45 pm , cake cutting happened at 8:30 pm .

Packing also very worst, irresponsible persons . Staff and reception people very bad .

these 7th heaven people spoiled my baby birthday function .

But 🙏 am very thankful to all the people accepted the delay .

Making cake 🎂 is good job , but packing also matters on time.

Please think before any one...

I had ordered a Hot Wheels cake on 01st Nov 2021. When I went to take the delivery surprisingly my cake was kept outside and flies are enjoying on it. Also I noticed that there is a board for humans called “Don’t touch the cake” but flies doesnt knew this. ITS NOT HYGENIC as I paid premium price for this one and more over the price is fixed and charging for extra charges even though if it is not a SHAPE cake. When I questioned the same with service guys they are not even bothered to give a solution.

Basically they should understand that birthday cakes are meant for kids, if we pay premium cost and without HYGENIC then there is no point of buying it.

Also it’s a cool cake but I wondered that inside layer is fully dried and cream Color’s surrounding is not all going off after washing using hand wash.

Bad Experience, will never visit again!!!
