KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I am really sorry to give Bad Feed back .

I sent to KFC 3 times in last one week, as i am staying at hospital in Tirupathi. I am a big fan of KFC. When ever i go to Hyderabad, Bangalore and Kadapa. I will ho to KFC.

These people will not treet Customer as Guest or Customer. They even not Bother about Customer. Will not come with Uniform. They go inside and take drinks in a cup and drinking there itself in Sheving area. I hope it is not a KFC. Beter to take service from local guys. No grooming, no gloves, no uniform, no Customer Relation, no peack period time management with staff, no cleaning.

3 times i saw there poster that, only Cash, phonepe and Google pe accepted. No card transactions. And they never give bill untill you ask after food also. Then and there they are entering in system and giving bill. They tell that only 500rs bill will not come. And one poster they mentioned that they can server in 7min. But took min 40min to get order when there is less customers as well. I took 4 biryani, 4 burgers with combo and extra 4 fries. But they told me only 2 ketchup is possible for that order.

No shift manager, No floor Manager or No RM at pra cc k in period timings as well. I dont like single point apart from table cleaning guy. I am appriviating him as he is doing very well.

I dont expect this type of things in KFC.

Tree times they did not give bill. What nonsense . And 3 times same behaviour and same sitiations. If we ask bill. They see in angry mood. What it is ?

R u guys doing audit or not. How long they keep french fries in cabinet i am not understanding?

How they do Bun toasting and patty maintaining time UHC i am not understanding?

I have to give lot of feedback. But not interested to give as well. Nonsense store. Thanks god, because of Visitors they are getting business, not repeated or...

Have visited KFC multiple time in different locations. In hyderabad, tirupati, bangalore, vijayawada, kadapa, kochin, chennai.... Mainly for a quick snack or working lunches , somehow could never fathom this joint for a heavy dinner or lunch. But on Wednesdays i never like to go to kfc as heavy crowd and order will take hours to serve and even oily pice of chicken will be served. But remaining days it is ok and even weekends in some kfc it is like that.

In tirupati i used to go to kfc but last time i visit along with my friend from my native. i went to KFC at r recently and ordered smoke grill chicken and popcorn chicken buket . Really liked the fiery grilled chicken while found the popcorn too bland for my taste. but the chicken us not drained properly and oily. But smoke grill pices will be good as sauce on it is spicy and tastes good with less oil or no oil on it.

In reddy and reddy colony The ambience is ok and we can watch out side traffic and eat if any one want to not to be noticed they can sit the other side there are two type of sitting available even for big family or small birthday parties we can have there. Here kfc is of 2 floors ground floor we can giv order and collect it and need to go yo 2nd floor for dinning and no lift facility but it has parking area for bikes only cars will be problem and security staff will be taking care of our vecheciles. And wash room is also one common for all. To wash hands we need to go there only

There is constant music playing . However would like to conclude by saying that the joint is good but definitely needs to improve a lot for being finger...

Worst Experience ... please bring your own ketchup along with you....while going to this KFC...All over India this is the Only one franchice which will give only one Ketchup which cost of one rupee...and they are insisting customer to mandatorly to buy Dips...else only 1 ketchup....This is earlier visit story...and Today Story is....I ordered a Medium Pop corn for my kid to take away.... kfc service person...i asked his name..he told sanjay...who dont have any name badge ... he told it is cost of rs.200/- i had given 200/- they had given the parcel...i checked the Bill whick includes 2 types of DIPs...i told...i didnt ordered the Dips....then he replied ...if you want without dips...u have to order Online ..and they return back my money....the Branch manager is beside that guy....then i started video recording and asked them....tell me same version infront of cam.Now they collapsed and given my order....which is Med. Popcorn with one ketchup...Fooling the Customers...Rude behavior...customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him.... as per ...Sri M.K.Gandhi ji...but .these guys are behaving like customers are Bakaras....loot from them... worst fellows !! Is Devyani International Ltd is doing like these or the persons working here is having...
