Hot Spot — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE A VEGETARIAN!

We went to this place and specifically asked for what’s good in vegetarian. As suggest we ordered a chilli cheese toast and other things. We were a group of friends and as we were in the middle of a discussion, I didn’t pay too much attention to what I was eating.. half way through we realized it had a bunch of tiny chicken pieces stuffed inside it. Seriously? There were a few women carrying around the place serving food to respective tables- they were so confused that they kept getting us either wrong orders, or checking the menu on the table. However busy you guys are, these mistakes are not acceptable. One tiny sorry is all I got. And anyway, nothing would’ve compensated for the damage already done. Please train your...

We had one of the worst experiences over here. Initially the service felt terrible, apart from that the food was terrible especially arrabiata pasta (which is made with white sauce🫠), then while having our food we found an insect in it(quasidella). Then we chose not to have any food further, but we didn't not get any refund, instead we had to take brownie and ice cream which was also not very good. With all these going on, we also had to bear the quarrelsome environment becoz of some other customers. I never thought that a lunch could be soo worst. I would definitely not recommend this outlet may be the other outlet in AIR bypass road can be tried but I felt that it is overpriced with the kind of service they provide and...

Well actually I am a vry frequent customer to hotspot whn m in tpty but the other outlet not this one......... But since I am in some hurry , I hv been to this one...... Space :- very congested.... Privacy:- best Location:- not much busy Service:- ok(not much noticeable) Taste:- i am here to especially tel abt taste So,,, I only go to hotspot for pasta...... Whc s excellent as usual But For a change i thought for trying something else n ordered 🌮tacos....... Only got know y I did it...... Bcoz it jst ruined my mouth 🤐🤐🤐🤐😭 this s any other word thn worse for it ... Horrible actually we just left d rest n left from thr..... So if anyone r reading this plz dnt...
