Bought a blackforest pastry 1kg , stored it in the fridge right away, cut it after 2hours but the taste was utter stale. It tasted spoilt. Yet again kept in fridge to return back. Took the cake to shop the next day and one guy from the kitchen has come and said this cake isn't kept in fridge at all🤷‍♂️. And the owner said the cake wasn't stored in optimum temperature 🤷‍♂️. Great.. the cake couldn't withstand its taste even after storing it in a fridge and finally blaming on fridge👏.I've kept many pastries previously but didn't face any such issue. Very much unsatisfactory experience. Wouldn't recommend for pastries or cakes because you must have an outstanding and fantastic fridge which can produce ultimately cooler temperatures than that of Arctic to retain its taste.. Taste is not Good for Icecreams and cakes

Behaviour of staff with customers is not good..

Don't worry it will be experienced by customers visiting your shop.

You should tell that before and mind your words... You worst language is not rude u think.

Also check genuine reviews about taste in your shop ... Not paid up ones

Just looks and interiors doesn't matter maintain taste and manners

It's regretting that we entered your shop without checking genuine reviews

Rude behaviour ten reviews Bad taste, dried up cakes - more than 20 Wrong items - nearly 17 reviews Stale items served - ten reviews

It's up to you to do behave well with customers and get good business or to continue your reckless behaviour and cheating of customers with bad quality...

Excellent place to hangout, food is great, ambience is good, service is good, menu is some what new, you can try some new things, ice creams are good, i have been there more than 3 times in last 1 week. But some of the menu is some what expensive. It's a new bakery, so they have that passion to get recognised and serve better, you can find that in their service. The place is not that big but innovative, the seating is good. You can many things like tart, lava cake, quiche, mugcakes, cupcakes, puffs, sandwiches, pastries and many more. A big No !!! So i was craving to eat a cheesecake , So i drove to this place ordered a cheesecake , went home , sat down in peace and tasted this. GARBAGE !!! This is not even cheesecake bro. So I thought of promoting it if it is really good , but it turned out to be a disappointment , and why is the actual question ? Bcoz it is not fresh. It has some oil taste and the base which supposed to be a biscuit , is also bad. It is crused to fine pieces while touching. Never ever spoil customer's mood , cravings and interest to visit your store again. Think once and visit the place.
