Absolutely horrible service – never going back! If I could give 0 stars, I would. For the last two days, I’ve gone to Annapurna Hotel for breakfast, and both times have been a total disaster. Their staff is extremely rude, arrogant, and completely careless. They don’t know how to speak to customers and act like they’re doing you a favor just by serving food.

Both days, they messed up my parcel — no curry, no chutney. On the first day, when I went back and politely asked for the chutney, they refused to give it and behaved very badly. No apology, no respect. The second day, it happened again — this time they simply said “chutney over” and didn’t care at all. Why take orders if you can’t serve the most basic items?

Booked room in Hotel Annapoorna. the Hotel was not clean and was dirty. Not provided any bed sheet / shop/ towel. in the Booking slip mentioned as 24 hrs & night. We reached room at 6.30pm, but the hotel reception said it is 12 noon checkout. could not mentioned. could not understand - the hotel owner said to contact Cleartrip where we booked through.
