Barbeque Nation - Vijayawada - LEPL Centro Mall — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

i visited barbeque nation branches are hyderabad,vizag and vijayawada. among all, i felt vijayawada branch need a lot of improvement.

In barbecue nation most of the serving staff and managers doesn’t have local language as their mother tongue but that isn’t a problem unless their english is bad.

my recent experience at vijayawada BN : The staff working at live counter aren’t able to understand even basis english so i had to call up other staff to convey what my selection was.

The serving staff are trained with some fixed courtesy sentences in english but they aren’t trained enough to understand what customers says. But it is manageable in most of the times.

suggestions:-

1. please recruit atleast 2-3 people who are well versed with both local language and english, so that those customers who aren’t comfortable with hindi and english can have a comfortable meal at BN.

2)serving staff are so hell bent to make the customer say “service was EXCELLENT”, It feels like they are observed by their managers and they are graded good only if serving staff gets the word “EXCELLENT” as a feedback from customers. They are not ready to get satisfied with anything other than the word “EXCELLENT” This kind of forced feedback must stop. This kind of torture and pestering for need of “ EXCELLENT” is seen in all the 3 branches.

3. customers must be given choice to decline the mobile tablet feedback which is being forced onto customer before paying bill. if we decline to fill the feedback we are being asked to fill up name and number so that staff can fill everything else by their liking( this is said by the person who served us). anyway there would a telephonic feedback taken ,they why the compulsion for mobile tablet feedback?

4)serving staff are taught that increase or decrease of SPICINESS can turn anything undesirable to desirable. They must be made known that if a customer doesn’t like to have a pineapple or prawns , just by increasing or decreasing the SPICINESS doesn’t make...

I have visited barbeque nation's in Bangalore, Hyderabad but I didn't face any issue with the food. Based on my previous experience and reviews with barbeque nation's we visited vijaywada place.

We booked and reserved place, waited for 30-45 mins outside. They don't even have proper front desk and waiting place for minimum people.

We shared a table with 3 each, we send many times that we shared..we need as each and everything to get served to us , even waterbottle. The place is too uncomfortable, I never expected this till I experienced it myself. There is no place to move freely. 4. Coming to food no proper service provided to us bcoz we visited as 3, 2 adults and one 4yrs kid. They only focus on huge gang like 6,12 etc..it feels that way personally. No mutton biryani, no chicken pieces in briyani..when we ask they refilling it but no pieces. This is all secondary I don't care, but I writing this review with lots of pain...my kid started showing symptoms for fever and vomiting. It's 5days by now still she is carry her temperature 103° taking medical attention. One after one I got sick and her dad aswell. I really regret a lot taking my family on my word..we have gone to many restaurants but never ever face any health issues. I never going to visit here ever again. I'm just giving rating 4 for two girls who served us well. For there hard work only.

It's not something I wrote to spoil ur business but even after 5 days still my baby is laying on bed missing her exams, school. Seeing her in pain made me write this review. Please 🙏 it's a request as a family we only visit places to have tasty food and spend some time happily with family and have some good memories. But when this happyness turns in to disaster?? It's up to you to think.

Please serve good, health, fresh food please. Please do recheck before serving to customers. I have very good opinion and excellent experience on barbeque nation's...

On 16th, we went to this place for my daughter's birthday celebration. In 2018, we had celebrated b-day here and we were so happy and totally satisfied with food taste and hospitality. So, this year also we expected the same. But, this time totally disappointed and even we fell sick. Last year, I watched a video in YouTube regarding the food safety officers ride on Barbeque Nation, vijayawada and they found stale food. But, I ignored it and choose this place again because of the previous wonderful experience. I regret for that now. Hospitality is good and staff are polite. The problem is with the food. Food is salty and tasteless. Few items like paneer butter Masala, salad items, noodles etc taste like achari flavor. Even mutton, veg starters and chicken wings are totally raw and tasteless. The staff served the same food items again and again even after we shared our observations. I wonder what is the use serving such food when its tasteless. The mutton curry is just rubbery (hard to chew). I wonder how old that meat could be. Cakes are also not upto the mark. Chicken Tikka pizza, butter Naan, rasgulla, crispy corn starter, prawns starter are good. Rest of the items are horrible. Even the panipuri is a disaster. Previously, I recommend this restaurant to my friends and relatives but now onwards, I will not do that. For hospitality, I will give 5 stars but for food I hardly can give 2 stars rating. We were requested to celebrate the birthday. But, we refused and left the place with complete disappointment. I would like to request Barbeque Nation management to make calls to the customers who have attended on 16th Nov, lunch and find out their health. Because it took 24 hrs for my family to recover from the sickness caused due to mild food poison. I really would like to know your response for...
