Quality Hotel DV Manor — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

Very Good Hotel. Ask for rooms on top floor facing the main road. (View is better). They have this policy of asking for an advance upon checkin (Bit annoying but it may be necessary because of previous experiences of guests leaving without paying.)

The breakfast is AMAZING. In fact I am givig 4 stars just beacuse of the breakfast. Rooms are OK. All in all, this hotel is betten than Taj gateway which is just down the road (Had stayed at Taj Gatweay earlier but now I prefer this hotel just because the breakfast is excellent). I stayed here for two days in January 2020. Service was good and Breakfast was excellent as expected from them....but there was one more addition to the experience and I am convinced that I should always stay at this hotel even if Taj Gateway is offering me a free stay through MMT Black.

There is an elderly gentleman (I was told that he is the GM & VP) who was at the breakfast. He personally made sure that everyone was well looked after and made small talk with almost everyone to ensure they were comfortable and expressed what they wanted.

If anyone wants to learn a thing or two about hospatilaty, I suggest they see this man in action at the ground floor restaurant at breakfast. He can give leading hospatility providers a run for their money....really, If you are from Vistara, Taj, Hyatt, Oberoi etc; stay at this place for a day or two and observe this gentleman....this is the best lesson you can take about providing...

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had during our lunch at your establishment today. We were a group of 12 people, and unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations.

Firstly, the buffet spread was quite limited, offering very few options for such a large group. We were disappointed by the lack of variety, which did not justify the price we paid. Additionally, we observed poor hygiene standards, which is particularly concerning in a dining environment. The lack of basic beverages, which are typically included in a buffet, was another letdown.

Despite these issues, we were still charged INR 1200 per person, which we found to be excessive given the experience. We expected much more value for our money and were disappointed with the overall service and offerings.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to improve the quality of service for future patrons. We have always enjoyed dining at your establishment in the past, but this experience has left us quite disheartened.

I’ve been to DV Manor hotel with my family and with my colleagues (Official) number of times to have dinner and lunch. Food items are delicious I can say in their own way and you’ll find more number of cuisine dishes as it is a 3 star hotel which offers a restaurant, rooms, suites and banquet halls, gym and offcourse a swimming pool I guess. The hotel, staff, the ambiance, and each and everything in this hotel are at their best in the city.

Banquet hall is a decent hall that can afford around 200 people at its best which is suitable for small parties, birthday parties or any small engagement parties.

Room’s costs are a reasonable in its own style and gives a tuff competition to other star hotels in the city when it come to room per 24 hour.

My verdict would be a 4 star and I missed the one star due to bad parking lot of this hotel that has very small and congested parking area although there is a wallet parking facility and most of the two wheelers will be parking their vehicles in the side street of the hotel on roads.

Overall, this is a star hotel every individual would love to visit...
