I'll give you a small guide how to dine. Which will help new people. I'm not sure of veg though. Starters - chicken, fish, prawns, pineapple, watermelon, paneer so on. You'll get all of them. Self Service - go to the stations yourself and ask whatever you want in however the seasoning you want. They will adjust food according to you Drinks - just order from the waiter and he'll bring them to you. Main course - You can order either rotis/naans or even get biryani/white rice from Buffet station. Dessert - On the opposite side of buffet you'll notice all kinds of desserts unfortunately I couldn't take a picture of it. There will be cakes with different flavors, rasagulla, A lot of sweets just you name it. I've creams (kulfi) - it will be stick ice type and they will add various flavors. It is attached to dessert station but a person will add whatever flavor you ask for. Pan, mango, kesar so on!
They will ask you if you have any allergies towards any food item. They even adjust spice and tastes according to you. All you need to do is to ask. Communicate! This is most important thing. Do not say all good if you're shy or anything. Just voice it out and your food will taste a lot better coz they do change your food according to your tastes
I'd suggest you to go on an empty stomach. It's best if you have company with you that shares. That way you get to taste everything! Do not go to eat a quick lunch or anything similar. Go on there to enjoy 2 to 3 hrs of variety delicacies.
Went with my sister's family and the best thing is they(BBQ Nation) take feedback for every part of your meal. Starters, main course, drinks, desserts and even icecreams. If you want extra drink it'll cost you so be prepared for that as well. Best day I have ever spent with my sister and her husband!
Also if you have, any celebration, they will ask you at the end. If you tell them then they will celebrate it with a cake and all...

Visited with family at 1.45pm. but the person who is attending customers at the entrance who himself thinks he is the owner of BBQ has simply said that it's full and said openly on face that it's not possible till 3.30 even for just 2 members.. being wife's birthday..we visited on her request...But Your great team has ruined it for sure. Will definitely remember it lifetime as it's bad experience just because of your negligible Staff. And moreover there are 2 families still waiting there who are almost like 7 to 8 people which u can check in CC cams too.
Is this the service u r giving to customers.. never expected like this.. i have visited lot times in Hyd but here the service team itself is the worst I can say..
I have openly shared views with regional and national teams whose service levels are not acceptable which leads to brand degrowth.. but this type of negligible behaviour from your team being in service is not at all acceptable.
I agree you stand on ambience, food and taste. But service levels are degraded just because of staff.
I don't understand what they think they are up to..
Experience before..
What's more to say. Just awesome. Good ambience , Good unlimited food at its best but in general they offer more chicken, prawns but not much fish or Mutton I feel. For a normal foodies like me.. such food is waste as I can only just have food worth of max 100rs. But there it costs around 7 to 8 hundred per each person which is of no use and totally waste for my type of foodies .. It's just to enjoy with frnds or relation gatherings and make families feel that .. they had visited Barbeque nation and had food..😊
It's just for good experience for normal foodies.. and for rest all who are good in having food.. then .. hope this is the...
Read moreI have been to Barbeque Nation in different cities and reviewing based on my experience and the standard of food and service I've experienced at those places. This review is about Barbeque Nation, Lakshmipuram, Guntur where I have been thrice and I feel I'm eligible to do a detailed review of the place.
Ambiance: The ambiance of the place is quite good
Access to the place: you have a small staircase not so wide and a single elevator to take you to the destination.
Service: I didn't find much difference in the quality of service across all cities I visited and as usual you can see the staff reassuring you that they want to do their best and would keep asking you if they need to alter the taste.
Food: Barbeque tasted different on different occasions. While it completely depends upon us whether the barbeque is overcooked or stale, I had a bad experience in one of my visits to the place where in I had to wait a little longer to have my favourite barbeque even after ordering it several times. The welcome drinks took some time in one of the occasions. It was different experience each time and in one of the visits I had undercooked prawns.
Parking: If all the tables were to fill then we might have to park the four wheelers at some other place. The parking at cellar is quite small and parking outside is also utilised by the customers of other stores in the same building. But luckily barbeque nation is not full all the time.
Please do hit a like if the review helps. One may have different experience it this is what I had on three different visits. I would definitely go again to the place just for it's barbeque and desserts but three stars for not mantaining the consistency in taste and service and the parking (at least should...
