Barkaas Tirupati — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

After seeing in social media, too much hype we thought it is very good and worthy restaurant but we are not at all satisfied with the non veg items quantity. We ordered Arabian mix mandi full which is 1999/- after 40 minutes of waiting my order came, seeing that very very less quantity we got totally disappointed. Very very thin slices of chicken, we got 2 big mutton bones, only 3 to 4 half broken cashews,5 dry grapes and only 1 spoon of fried onions. We felt it is utter waste and not at all worthy. We went to star mandi last month which is really worthy compared to Barkaas. Star mandi tirupati restaurant is very worthy than Barkaas tirupati in terms of food quantity and quality. Even we informed staff also about the quantity but they didn't respond properly.such a careless staff. Only ambience was good. We ended up ordering 2 bbq chicken, 1 arabian fish seperately along with full arabian mix mandi. Total bill costed around 4000 plus. Also no car parking which is another disadvantage for Barkaas Tirupati. Finally, star mandi platter is very very worthy which costed only 1800/- really worthy in terms of non veg items,quantity,money and taste. Place looks decent. And that's about all the good stuff.

Service:- Poor. We asked for a seating, they asked us to wait for few mins, so we went back to sit in waiting area and after 5 to 10 mins we are still waiting while all the newly coming people are given seats. When we go and questioned, he just said "Next we'll assign you". I mean it was all chaotic because of peak hours. So, okay fine. We got a seat.

Food:- Shit. Soup - was tasty but it was cold by the time it arrived to the table. Mandi - -- Rice was dry as f. Very bland. -- Mutton was bland too and 70% of it is just fat. No meat. Sauces - bland as f. No taste. Just coloured water. Very little fried onions and no dry fruits in garnish Little bit of small rock pieces here and there. I got lucky that i found them while chewing.

Just when we are disappointed enough, we walked to wash basin and there was no water. Let's assume it's a busy day and so much water was used. So we just used the water from the water bottle and told the billing guy about the situation and he still charged the water bottle.

What we seed in social media it's all fake it's all promotion videos in reality we order mix non veg Mandi they charged 1499+tax in that they given thin slices of chicken, one chicken joint and mashed mutton half cooked rice, Taste was really bad and one more thing chicken joint was not cooked and getting some bad smell, I inform to the person to the check the chicken, he gone through to kitchen and after sometime he came back and he told that sir we will replace another piece of chicken, before I am visiting I checked reviews, similar reviews like i posted but not believed, seriously but it's real, I face the same problem, due to more of people visiting so that staff and management is not responding, finally i paid the bill. so friends please trust some genuine reviews and take care of...
