I recently dined at Paradise Biryani in Vizag, and I must say that while the food was generally satisfactory, I had a concerning experience with the quality of the chicken.
Firstly, the ambiance and service at Paradise Biryani were decent. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were courteous and attentive. However, the food quality is paramount in any dining experience, and in this aspect, I had mixed feelings.
The biryani, which is their signature dish, had good flavors and was reasonably well-cooked, but the issue arose when I encountered spoiled chicken in one of the servings. This is a serious concern and could have resulted in a health hazard. The management should have maintained a higher standard of quality control to avoid such instances.
Food safety is a non-negotiable aspect of any restaurant, and the fact that spoiled chicken was served is a significant lapse in their operations. It's crucial for restaurants to ensure the freshness and quality of their ingredients at all times.
While I understand that occasional mishaps can occur in the restaurant industry, the incident of spoiled chicken is something that Paradise Biryani in Vizag should take very seriously and address promptly to maintain their reputation. It's important to prioritize food safety to regain the trust of their customers.
In conclusion, while the overall dining experience at Paradise Biryani in Vizag was okay in terms of taste and service, the incident involving spoiled chicken raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I hope they take this feedback seriously and implement stricter measures to ensure the freshness and safety of their ingredients...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDon't ever think to go to this restaurant !!!!! Hello, I am from Odisha, I have been to vishakapatnam last week with my 8 friends for a tour and we thought of having the best biryani ( we have heard this restaurant has the best biriyani in the town untill I have taken a bite of biriyani ). We ordered the royal biriyani , it came after 1 hour of ordering . We are so frustrated , then the quantity of biriyani is very less and they are charging 200rs for this small amount of biriyani. The gravy they are providing with the biriyani is the shambar sabji ššš, . Even 50rs biriyani on road side is much tastier than this , I just wasted my 200 rs in this restaurant. This restaurant just have the hype that they provide the best biriyani but they are the worst. Ok let me come to the main part, there are some waiters working in this restaurant who are also odia and one of them is "**", He was just pathaetic , we are repeatedly calling him to have some water or raita or anything . He was just ignoring us like we are the waiters and he is the customer. After begging for around 30 mins,he gave a single glass of water. Later on, when we are very frustrated and just leaving the restaurant, that BCwaiter told some slangs in odia to us. That waiter should be fired from the restaurant. So after reading this review ,II kindly request everyone not to go to this restaurant . One of the worst restaurant I have been...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish there was a rating below 1. There is no reason one should visit the place. We were welcomed by a poorly lit dining area where lights where switched off around tables where they didnāt want customers to sit. There were hardly any waiters compared to the number of tables in the space. The few waiters that were present made it their lifeās mission to not make eye contact with yet another table of customers. After a long wait and multiple requests they made arrangements for the 6 of us to be seated. We started ordering the food and we were told that their already minuscule menu shrunk to just chicken biryani and a couple of curries. After Ordering the biryanis and curries in the end he said, āSorry sir, no rotis available.ā We were furious that he made us waste 20 mins doing all the circus to be told that the only thing they practically wanted us to have Biryani. It was clear that we were not welcome for anything on offer at this so called legendary Hyderabadi joint and we decided to go elsewhere. My old grandparents had to limp back to the lift and then the underground parking and then settled for another well known restaurant in Vizag. Nothing about the paradise experience was memorable in a good way and reading other reviews of the food Iām grateful we didnāt have to go through the complete experience. Please do yourself a favour and give this place a pass...
