Domino's Pizza | Danavaipeta, Rajahmundry — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Worst, the word fits. A famous food brand is in Rajahmundry with bad service. Many of us may not aware the taste food, untill we experience. When I was there for dining I saw an old man with their grand charan, he did not hesitate to put the amount for the food, he knows how much it worth, but it was all about the experience he can give to his kids. The same in home, but I want treat myself and give break to work stress and food is only way for me. How many times I order they always come with bad quality, and very worst delivery experience. The agent rarely respect the food. There were missing items. How manytimes you raise a complaint, it was just these same when you choose this restaurant next time again. I have ordered food again, this time they do not have the beverage I chose, the delivery agent was rude with food, he did let the food fall on ground (on street), he was checking his phone, did not feel anything bad for that,he took the bottle and kept it on the pizza box, I waited till he come to the door to deliver, he just gave the food with the sand and dirt. There were no seasonings for the items. When I asked why are they appearing like that and what is it with the bottle? He did not hesitate to laugh, seriously?. I asked him to exchange the drink and food since they were not in a position to eat, he was like depends on traffic I will come to delivery, even the manager said the same?Don't you guys have shame for your actions. Worst franchise ever in Rajahmundry for a world class...

I went to domino's last week and ordered a simple non-veg pizza, but the staff suggested to go for other than simple non-veg so that I can get buy one and get one offer. I accepted that and ordered chicken mexicana and chicken golden delight. The order was on time and the pizza was very good in all perspective (Cheese quantity). Thanks to domnio's.

Yet...

This is definitely a popular brand, but I wonder why it has continued to remain so. I guess it is because we the people aren't demanding more from eateries in general, in terms of taste, quality, variety, healthy recipes, etc.

The pizzas and garlic bread at most Domino's outlets seem tired. The garlic bread especially lacks freshness and juice. The pizzas have too much maida and very little vegetables or meat. And I don't find their taste great either. The only exception is the cheese-burst pizza, but who can argue with hot, molten cheese? :)

Domino's (as well as the other pizza chains) must learn a lesson or two from the small pizzerias that have come up in the city. They should make their recipes healthier and more interesting. Also, they must bring down prices (or at least, rationalise them vis-a-vis taste...

Waste staff, they won't accept any card or digital Money. All they need is cash only. If you ask why, the answer would be "server down".

Moreover after waiting in a q they say this, this is due local ppl mostly prefer the cash. But they must have digital Money too. If you stress too much they repeatedly say server down please leave. Staff give cheap & wired looks especially the girl who takes the order.

However I paid my order in cash, after a mild argument, there is no table to sit. When I asked to open the extra space which was locked. They replied that "no" as it was only for pre booking like parties. But they will asks you dine IN or take away?

Finally a bad experience with staff and felt so bad.

In my hard words they behave like monopoly as they are only one to serve and its ture only one Domino's for whole city.

My friend told me a different story same like this, but I took him there by saying it won't be same all time.

Now it's all your wish to have a fun over there.

I read some reviews down here, it all pro rated thing. As many costumers overall can't write a like that. Just think as most of ppl over there paying...
