Tiffins and meals and evening dishes are good tasty

Curries also providing on afternoon session.

Prices are increased compare to last few months, the include GST.

For take away have to sit entrance hall, for to eat you can go other room dining hall. When you order a item, you have to wait average 30 to 40minutes compulsory.

I visit lot of times, this hotel only.

Major issues:- 1)There is a cellar parking, no one was interested. They will park the bikes on the road, and the road was i think so 6ft road very small. Beside lot of houses are there.

2)They not maintain sanitizer also, at entrance.

3)The cashier,who collect the money, they give the token, while taking the parcel of food, they don't give to our food Bill, they put there pocket, and he didn't wear mask also

4. No staff(waiter) boy for take away parcel items, the cashier have to bill and the cashier have to give the order inside untill have to wait the other person to give the order.

Some times the taste was missing, in the week itself only, same item different taste we get. Some times the order...

This restaurant doesn't follow basic hygienic standards. Had visited one week back ordered a paratha and fried rice for me and my brother, asked the staff to pack the fried rice as it became bit heavy for my brother. The cleaner took it (I thought he was gonna pack it) and kept it in the food waste basket along with the vessel.

When I saw this , I asked the staff what's happening.. A server intervened and asked cleaner to take out the friend rice from the bin basket and pack it (who will take the food from the waste bin basket and then prepare to pack it. Don't know what's going on in their head). Being a big restaurant, its funny how they don't clearly communicate between each other (or) follow basic...

Food:

I had masala dosa here and I liked the coffee. The dosa was crispy and the masala dosa had a good flavor. However, the dosa was a bit thin.

Service:

Overall, the service was okay. The waiters arrive on time and take orders. However, the problem is that they expect tips. If you don't give tips, they will be angry with you.

Ambience:

The ambience of the restaurant is good. You can have a good breakfast in a beautiful morning.

Overall, this restaurant is a good option if you want to have masala dosa in Rajamahendravaram.
