I actually came for the first time and placed my order through phone pay and the bill was generated but their was a power cut after that so they said I had to pay again and I will get a refund in a day. So I paid the amount again . And later I came the next day and asked they said it will take 7 more days and after I called them and they said by evening I will get the refund but still it is not done.Today again i went to ask for refund and also placed another order and did phone pay from another number and today also same issue. Asked them regarding this and they did nothing . They called the assistant manager and I spoke to him also he was so rude . And said to send the transactions and we asked it is 2 nd time it is happening like this so we won't come again and he replied rudely don't come. Is this the way you solve the problems. I never had any issues in another shops. Then after waiting for 20 mins I went to pizza hut beside it and the service was so nice. After 10 mins the assistant manager came to the store and told to send the transactions details in pdf format. We said we r not able to get the pdf and sent the screenshots but he is saying to go to bank and get the pdf. They have never mentioned that they don't deliver to any particular point and when we ask them they are asking for 100bucks to come over than Maggie point. Even if I order from the app or Zomato or swiggy ,dominos will send delivery guy from the in-house itself. But still they are asking us to come and pick up at Maggie point. We are paying money and charges for everything and they have never ever mentioned that in there terms and conditions that they will deliver to a particular point.!
