I have been regularly visiting Puttaparty in the last 4 years, and I have usually been very impressed with every single outlet, primarily because the quality of the products are genuine and excellent and they are reasonably-priced

On the timeline of last 4 years I must admit that there are certain outlets / restaurants which have become very commercial

We had one of our sai brother's birthday on 1st of January. We ordered for a 2kg chocolate eggless cake

The cake was perfect the cream was good and had less sugar which is what we all nowadays come to expect from some of these delicacies

The staff was extremely cordial like any other outlet in Puttaparthi

What was extremely disappointing is the price of the cake. I was charged 2450 rupees, I was given a 10% discount and the final amount was approximately 2,200

has commercialism set in to such an extent in Puttaparthi that price of the cake is more than the costliest cities?? I really hope not

so 1 star each for taste and courtesy

I've been here in 17 February 2019 around 13.30 we order the club sandwich and Grill Vegetable sandwich, its appear the sandwich is terrible many layer of toast which is empty without anything. So we decide to take the indian food, we order chilli paneer, paneer butter masala, chana masala and hanuman noodle. The noodle is terrible also because they always change the style of noodle (i used to eat with white noodle and today they change into some yellow noodle) all the paneer things is oily and they must be put food coloring (super red). Glass is dirty also and its disgusting to drink with such a glass. In others hands all the staff are unhelpful they dont have any hospitality! Its really not recommended.. Price and Service is...

The place has good ambiance and food. Been there may times and I love the food there. Today's experience was but different. The staff was not active. It took nearly and hour for food to come. And by the time billing and everything was done it was exactly two hours. You can imagine the lathargy in the service. The pizza was not good which was my favorite neither the crispy potatoes. The gobi fried rice was good. I don't know may be the chef was not there or what, the standards was not acceptable. The two customers beside me also had the same idea and also voiced their thoughts about the food. I hope the standard would improve and we all can again relish the good old hanuman...
