KFC PVP Square in Vijayawada is a such a futile place to ever have food at.Wednesday special at KFC,PVP square in Vijayawada is a next level top fraud scheme.I have been to KFC in PVP square today and was trying to explore different options available while I was shown only the one that's the highest of the entire KFC menus despite all other available options and on being asked about other options,the person gives arrogant reply that there isn't any but infact there are many.The service executive at the register is quite harsh and rude which is really demeaning.Usually KFC is Charged and is offered with the mayonnaise and thousand island.These KFC at PVP mall in Vijayawada is cheating people by simply giving the chicken and not Mayo and thousand island.And if we buy french fries,they have to offer tomato ketchup but they are not at all offering to any.KFC is not only famous for Chicken but it is also for its dips.On being asked about dips for the chicken and ketchup,the person ignorantly replies that they don't offer it and that is offered with extra price.When all other KFC outlets offer Mayo, thousand light for chicken and tomato ketchup for French fries,why isn't KFC at PVP not offering and cheating people by demanding more money.Is the money of 796 not enough that we pay for Wednesday special pack? This outlet in PVP Square mall demanded extra money to get those dips.Talking about cool drinks that come in the Wednesday combo pack,this PVP square has a useless cool drink machine that doesn't work at all.This people are saying that the machine is not working to give cool drinks in Wednesday combo pack and they demanded 40 rupees of extra amount for the tinned cook drink.When the cool drink itself is mentioned in the CBO pack,these people sit up with useless machine and keep looting extra money from people saying machine is not working and that we have to pay extra to get cool drink in tins.I really love KFC a lot and it's my all time favourite wherever I go but today have been the worst KFC experience I've ever had.Peoole,don't go to KFC at PVP Square in Vijayawada as it's totally a money looting place. We frequently visit mall with kids and KFC too .we order popcorn & french fries for kids. This time french fries tasted odd ,Not at all fresh .As kids won't let us eat at the end we realised they weren't fresh and after eating it's leaving some sort of expired product feel in throat.Bit oily and sour .

We have asked staff to check.Even though they realise it's not good they haven't admitted.Service should be faithful.Probably it's not been realised before serving but even after providing feedback just staff is concerned about receiving feedback bit not about maintaining good service.I think management should take this bit seriously, Making staff to be open to receive feedback and act faithfully but not simply ignoring.

I order 379 PERI PERI STRIPS BUCKET they said that price where increased now it is Rs.440. I said ok. They serve what I order but the piece are very very small like chicken popcorn, I asked her about that, but she is not ready to respond me she simply said that all the pieces are same that only, and she show the face on me. I said to change the pieces or cancel my order she said no, then last she change the pieces with angry face and she close close the door very loudly.
