Went here for lunch on Tuesday, Aug 27 2024, based on a friend's suggestion, on my first trip to Vijayawada. MIND-BLOWING taste, just WOW! Their dishes have a never-before tasted flavour. The spice proportions, meat-frying uniqueness, and exhaustive menu is something you would NEVER see anywhere.
The way the staff treat you is nothing short of excellence. They treat you like royalty. There are two women who subtly notice when you plate gets empty and come at the right time to refill your plate. And they do this from their heart, with a smiling gesture. They want you to be genuinely satisfied, as if you were attending dinner at some guest's house. They even offered to make dishes less spicy for non-andhra people, because local people here are used to having high chilly-spiced curries. If you can't handle much spice, please tell them before hand, and they make it accordignly.
The dishes we had was a fish kolambu with a tinge of mango flavor. I literally had tears of joy tasting this dish! Then I can't remember their starter chicken. It had chilly seeds distributed on it, which golden-reddish double friend texture. And we also tried the country chicken pulusu. This is not easy for many people to make as the country chicken has hard meat. Even this dish was master-crafted for right, teeth-grinding taste with white rice. Overall taste score is a 15 out of 10. Yeah, its that good!!!

Read moreWe were here in Vijaywada and wanted to taste some Andhra food. Checked on Zomato and saw that this place had some good reviews. On the same lane of this restaurant we saw Barbecue signature and also Mandi but decided to go to this restaurant with family and ordered: Mutton soup - The soup was really tasty and soothing to throat with the spice. Apollo Fish - Really delicious and tasty. Tango Chicken - It was also good with different flavour Natukodi chicken - spicy and tasty. Best dish we ate here for the night. Butter Naan - It was very soft and also bit sweet. It just melted away while eating. Chicken Dum biryani - Good. Mutton fry biryani - Spicy, less bones and good amount of pieces. This was already really good. Finally food was good, ambience was good. By the way we were here on the occasion of my niece birthday. Finally after leaving the restaurant, our car broke down and the restaurant owner and manager were there with us and called up the mechanic and ensured that we did not have any issues while travelling back...
