Manor Food Plaza — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Went to Manor Food Plaza today for lunch with 4 of my colleagues. We ordered a Chinese combo, a Frankie combo and 3 paratha combos. There were 2-3 more tables occupied. After about 10 min the Chinese combo arrived and 5 minutes after that the Frankie combo arrived and then after 40 minutes the paratha combos arrived. In the time we spent waiting, the staff kept on constantly keep telling us that the paratha combos will arrive in 2 minutes and after 2 dozen 2 minute excuses and us threatening to walk out they finally arrive. The Chinese and the Franky combo were decent. The paratha's were not even fresh, they were thawed parathas heated and served with mediocre tasting Chole curry. We finally had to stand our ground ,threatening to not pay to get the attention of the manager who apologized for this. A huge waste of time for such mediocre food. Wouldn't want to go back. If you are looking for a dark ambient,rich taste and fine dining experience then serenade is the one .

Can’t talk enough about this place .After trying at almost all premium restaurants in city I feel nothing matches the taste at SERENADE .

The biryanis you get here are just amazing and you should definitely try their shahi gosh mutton biryani. More than the taste you will fall in love with its aroma and creaminess.

Chicken tikka biryani is something you should definitely try here .

After all why should you make it feel incomplete,go with its shahi thukra and you will just fall in love with its taste .

Cons : Nothing much but the price is bit higher than the regular ones but its completely...

Firstly I had an experience of Warmth over here 'coz after a gap of 2 years due to Covid lockdown met my friends at this place in Aug 2021. This would obviously make me feel nice about the place..

However, it's not just because of that.. The ambience is beautiful with lot of space between each table giving enough privacy to guests (I have been told that this was their regular practice - not during Covid), the taste of the food is also nice and finally the service is customer centric -

I don't find any other reason not to give them 5...
