Reeves Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

As good as the food was. Pathetic experience and one of the worst ever had in my entire life.

Been a frequent customer nd we used to go almost twice or more in a month cause we used to have work parties almost every alternate weekend. We love the food there. Once we called up the restaurant and made a reservation for 2 pm. Me nd my friend got caught up with an emergency patient as we were into healthcare and missed reservation. I called the manager to ask if we can come at 245. The manager clearly said sir you may come as the restaurant will be open till 330 but kitchen will close soon, so order as soon as you come. We got there by 245 and ordered everything. Our soup was served almost instantly but there were no spoons on the table. The staff just cleaned the table and they apologized. We were like ok nd that person went inside to get the soup spoon. We we’re talking while we wait for them to get the spoon.

In the meanwhile there came some lady. I think she is their boss or something. She came and said “Sir would you stop talking and start eating, we have to open up again at 630. I was like what? She was so rude and said. Pls stop talking and eat. We have to close in 40min, come back and open at 630. We have lives outside restaurant too. I said, I called u guys up and confirmed that it ll be open till 330 and I don’t have a spoon. It’s just 255, we have no spoon and what the hell is happening. She was like “I’ll get your spoon and you better eat quick.”

What the actual fk. Who talks like this to customers.

Nd I don’t care, we too have lives. I didn’t force you to work or stayed beyond your working hrs. I made a reservation and asked clearly. I ordered as soon as I came. You didn’t give me cutlery. How are we supposed to drink from a bowl without the spoon.

We felt so irritated but we needed to get back asap and didn’t bother the complain.

NEVER ARE WE EVER COMING THERE AND NEVER AM I SUGGESTING YOUR RESTAURANT TO ANYONE.

AMBIENCE - 4.5/5: Let me start with the ambience. The lighting is splendid, creating the vibe of having a candle light dinner and sets the mood for the evening. In the world of Swiggy and Zomato, restaurants need to give compelling reasons to customers for dining in. And Reeves is doing exactly that, with its one of its kind ambience.

FOOD - 4.5/5 We started with Chicken Corn Soup. It was creamy and tasty. Apollo Fish and Chicken 555 were the two starters we went ahead with. I can vouch for the fact that this restaurant made the best Apollo Fish I've ever had. As part of work, have been to almost all Indian metropolitan cities in the last 1 year and ordered Apollo Fish multiple times. But, the one by Reeves bowled me over. For main course, we had Reeves Special Chicken Fried Rice.

SERVICE - 5/5 When asked for the best main course options, the level of thought the staff put in was commendable. When I refused ordering soft drinks or sugary mocktails, he realised I was calorie conscious and suggested I order the Reeves Special Chicken Fried Rice, which was cooked with olive oil. This is the kind of service that is expected from restaurants these days.

After a hearty meal and a sumptuous serving of butter milk, I went and personally congratulated and thanked the owner Mr. Ram. He and his team are not just serving good food, they've created a work of art in this small yet...

Like everyone, had a visit to this restaurant just by seeing the rating of 4.4, I went on a weekend treat with a family of 7 in number. First to start with, the extraordinary ambience inside, made us wait for long 75 minutes to actually get a seat, as it has limited no of seats, for family of 7 got difficult to get the seats early. Self service at a restaurant, where they only keep the food at our place and we have to serve( Haven't seen this anywhere out of n number of restaurants I visited) really sorry on this. And stating Covid as a reason, they gave us disposable plates and plastic stuff of forks and spoons. WTH was my expression. Ordered Chicken starters as per the wish from the server but not as per our wish, because of non availability. Tandoori was in the menu and not available, Barbeque Chicken in the menu and was told not available, and ordered something which was available finally as we are starving. For Vegans, It's just mediocre. Nothing to adjust with. And also there were problems with my billing, they added extra on the bill, rectified later. And also added service GST without serving us 🙃 Finally a bad experience with this one. It's just my experience with this restaurant and nothing...
