My recent experience with Taj's Korean Street Food Truck left much to be desired, prompting me to give a 2/5 rating. I ordered the veg sandwich with high expectations, only to be disappointed by a lackluster creation that felt like nothing more than bread paired with a thick aloo patty and overly generous but unappetizing sauces. One glaring issue is the lack of transparency regarding the ingredients. Nowhere does the establishment indicate whether they use branded oil, cheese, or mayonnaise sauces. This leaves customers in the dark about the quality of the components used in their dishes, which is a concerning oversight for those who prioritize the source and quality of their food. Equally disappointing was the staff's demeanor. A bit more courtesy and politeness would go a long way in improving the overall customer experience. Unfortunately, the service fell short of basic expectations, contributing to the overall dissatisfaction with my visit. In summary, Taj's Korean Street Food Truck has room for significant improvement. From the uninspiring veg sandwich to the lack of transparency in ingredient sourcing and the need for better customer service, my recent encounter was far from satisfactory. A 2/5 rating reflects the disappointment and serves as a constructive critique for the establishment to consider making essential enhancements to elevate the dining experience for its patrons.

It's really overrated, like you literally have to wait with about 15 people for just getting a token , there isn't even a line for it and people can easily trample each other. Then the worse part is waiting with the token which takes about half an hour, there too you can trample and push each other (both men and women). Today a guy was getting his ramen and got slightly pushed by the crowd and his hot ramen fell on my new shirt 😞. The sanitisation is also very bad I saw the guy making corndogs with bare hands and the whole food truck is near a drain so there goes any hygiene. After the huge wait , the food we got didn't even taste good. The corndog was okay (I'd prefer a normal chicken roll over it any day). The ramen is just literally chicken broth and random toppings. The only reasonable food for a taste was the chicken sandwich which is also overrated but at least worth the price of 120rs. Unlike the corndogs 150rs each and the mixed ramen 300rs. Too much cost for that much wait, no hygiene and below average taste

I recently visited this street food vendor where I tried the chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, and mixed ramen. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing for several reasons: - The chicken tenders and chicken sandwich were overly deep-fried, resulting in a greasy and heavy meal. - The taste of all the dishes was very mediocre and did not justify the cost. The flavors were bland and lacked the expected street food vibrancy. - The mixed ramen was also underwhelming, with a taste that failed to stand out. - The service was awful, characterized by long queues and chaotic crowd management. - Standing in line was an uncomfortable experience due to people constantly pushing and jostling each other. - Given the high cost and mediocre food quality, I found the place to be highly overrated. - The combination of poor service and average food does not make this vendor worth a visit. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made in both food quality and customer service.

Taj Korean Street Food, located on Vizag Beach Road, offers a unique experience for those craving Korean flavors. On my recent visit, I tried the Chicken Corn Dog and the Non-Veg Ramen. Here's my take on the experience.

Chicken Corn Dog: The Chicken Corn Dog stood out in terms of taste. The chicken was well-seasoned, and the cornmeal batter had a delightful crunch. However, despite its delicious flavor, the price point felt steep. Given the serving size and street food setting, it seemed a bit overpriced.

Non-Veg Ramen: The Non-Veg Ramen was another dish that promised and delivered on its spice level. The broth was rich and packed a punch, which I enjoyed. The portion was generous, and the ingredients were fresh. Yet again, the pricing did not align with the expectations for street food, making it feel a bit on the expensive side.

Ambiance and Hygiene: One of the significant drawbacks of Taj Korean Street Food was the lack of seating arrangements. Eating while standing might add to the street food charm for some, but it was inconvenient for many. Additionally, there were no hygiene facilities available for customers to clean their hands after eating. In a time where cleanliness is paramount, this was a considerable letdown.

Conclusion: Taj Korean Street Food offers a taste of Korea with some flavorful dishes. However, the high prices and lack of basic facilities like seating and hygiene options take away from the overall experience. If you are willing to overlook these aspects for a quick Korean snack, it might be worth a visit. For those expecting a bit more comfort and value for money, you might want to explore other options.

Rating: Taste: 4/5 Value for Money: 2.5/5 Ambiance: 2/5 Hygiene: 1/5

Would I visit again? Possibly, but with tempered...
