I had an issue with the AC and was honestly sleep-deprived and frustrated. But Altaf handled everything like a pro, listening patiently, assuring me that he’d fix it, and following through perfectly. His calm attitude honestly melted away my irritation. Kudos to him for making my stay comfortable again. ||🍽️ Restaurant & Buffet Experience |Dinner and Breakfast was another highlight of our stay, thanks to the warm and energetic restaurant team. ||Karen greeted us with a big smile and quickly found us a table. She was wonderful with my 11-year-old daughter, Zaha, helping her choose food she’d enjoy. She served us swiftly and made the whole experience cheerful. ||Apen was another superstar, attentive, patient, and kind. She was always on the move but still took time to speak politely and make sure we were comfortable. ||Doi deserves special mention too. When we felt cold sitting in one corner, he noticed our discomfort and quickly moved us to a cozier spot near the bar area, problem solved! He was soft-spoken, courteous, and very attentive. The Park Visakhapatnam is a stunning hotel located in close proximity to RK Beach, making it an excellent choice for those looking to explore the nearby attractions, such as the Submarine Museum and TU 142 Aircraft Museum. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted by the grandeur of the property, with its vast surrounding area. The driveway leading to the main reception and lobby stretches about 100-150 meters, giving a sense of the expansive grounds. Upon reaching the lobby, the warm and friendly staff ensured a smooth check-in process, and they quickly arranged for our luggage to be delivered to our room. The first impression of the hotel was that of sophistication and hospitality, setting a positive tone for our stay.

Our luxury sea-view room was a highlight of the experience. The room was exceptionally spacious, offering plenty of room for three people to comfortably stay. It featured a king-sized bed, a table with two chairs, and large windows that offered a breathtaking view of the Bay of Bengal. The attention to detail in the room was evident, with clean and well-maintained furnishings. The bathroom was pristine, equipped with all necessary toiletries, and included a portable hand dryer and a separate section for bathing. One thoughtful feature was the daily complimentary fruit platter, which we could order in the morning. Though we didn’t opt for the breakfast service due to our desire to explore local cuisine, the overall room service and amenities made our stay very comfortable and luxurious.

The hotel’s outdoor spaces were equally impressive. The expansive lawn area, leading to the private beach, added to the serene ambiance of the property. The Shack, an in-house restaurant situated near the entry to the private beach, offered a delightful dining experience with its delicious food and picturesque surroundings. The private beach itself was impeccably clean, with soft sands and a well-maintained environment. The view from the beach was stunning, with a clear view of the sea where we could spot cargo ships and even an Indian warship passing by. The beach offered a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, with opportunities to play on the sand or wade into the water, although the tides could get strong, so caution was advised. For guests looking to relax indoors, the hotel also offered two additional restaurants and a cozy sitting area with an extensive library, where guests could enjoy quiet time, read, or engage in card games.

While the overall experience at The Park was wonderful, there were a few areas that needed improvement, particularly in terms of service. Despite the courteousness of the staff, the service was often slow. For instance, we had to wait over 20 minutes and make multiple calls to receive an extra bed, which was a bit frustrating. The delay in fulfilling requests was the only downside during our stay. However, despite these minor hiccups, The Park Visakhapatnam is still an amazing place to stay, offering a combination of luxury, beautiful surroundings, and a private beach experience that makes it worth every penny.
