The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Order no- F271/26/-9405, Date - 2025-10-16, time- 16:07:49. I just visited your store in Vijayawada a few minutes back. I had really high hopes because I’ve been a regular customer and always loved your waffles. But this time, it was a very disappointing experience. The shop was in a complete mess, with trash everywhere, chocolate spilled on the counter, and no sense of hygiene. Only one staff member was there, and he was eating while working. He asked me to wait for 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes in total. I ordered the Rocky Road waffle. When I took the first bite, it was completely cold. I understand the ice cream is cold, but the waffle itself was also cold, which clearly means it wasn’t freshly made. I tried explaining this to the staff, but he couldn’t understand either Hindi or English. After 10 minutes of trying to explain, a delivery boy came and helped translate. The staff still refused to remake it and went back to his work, preparing other orders. This is not the kind of service I expected from The Belgian Waffle Co. It was honestly very disappointing. I even took time off from office to visit, and it just ruined the mood. I really hope the management looks into this, because hygiene and service standards need serious...

The staff are rude and wouldnt really care to answer the phone. And when they did, they were really non responsive. Even when the restaurant says open the shutter would be closed. Would really appreciate it if they stop misleading people on google. Again this is only my experience with this particular branch NOT...

The place is a bit small even for a waffle store. Very less space for having-in orders. More recommended to have take aways. Good taste, wide menus and everything in The Belgium Waffle store. Parking is just street parking which is difficult and very irritating...
