Vault Brewery is an absolute gem! I can't give it anything less than a 5-star rating. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is stylish and inviting, making it a great place to hang out with friends or enjoy a relaxing evening.

But what truly sets Vault Brewery apart is its exceptional beer selection. They offer a wide range of craft beers, each one bursting with unique flavors. Whether you're a fan of hoppy IPAs, rich stouts, or something in between, you'll find something to delight your taste buds here.

The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, and they're more than happy to help you choose the perfect beer to suit your preferences. The service is top-notch, and the friendly bartenders make you feel right at home.

Vault Brewery has gained popularity recently, but the increasingly strict rules and regulations are making it less appealing for regular customers. We’ve noticed that a similar approach was initially taken by Iron Hill, but they later became more customer-friendly, which is why many of us now prefer going there. If Vault continues this approach, it could impact its customer base, as a great experience goes beyond just the pricing—it’s about the overall vibe and the flexibility to unwind comfortably.

With more new spots opening in Vijayawada, and the government’s support for the hospitality sector, competition is set to rise. This feedback isn’t intended as a warning but rather as constructive advice on becoming more customer-centric, which would help Vault build long-term relationships and encourage repeat visits.

We regularly choose Vault for weekday hangouts, spending quality time and enjoying the ambiance. It's one of the best places in Vijayawada, and we’d love to keep coming back if the customer experience aligns more with our needs.

Was totally amazed by metropolitan city vibes in Vijayawada for once. Food and drinks were good too. You can enjoy this place when you have zero expectations.

The main drawback is poor hospitality. They dont have any contact number for reservations.

Very disappointed with the manager and the staff who doesn't know how to handle customers and guests. They randomly placed all the people on 1st come 1st serve basis and they said we should have called in 1st for reservation., despite of me calling for a reservation through a source number, and I gt a weird answer saying "just come" We stood there for almost 40 mins to get seated for a table. No waiting area or anything , not even a person to check on us to get a table. We finally got lucky and found a table and sat and ordered food and drinks. I had zero expectations at this point, but the food and drinks were ok. And lastly , ordered a WHISKY SOUR and got a vodka lemonde instead with zero ounce of whisky in it. I was too disappointed to mention before getting the bill.
