Ambience wise hotel is good.

But make sure the management don't cheat you on pricing and food service.

When we had an initial contract before giving advance for my daughter's 1st birthday party, manager said - the menu includes a welcome drink+snacks at 6pm + selected menu for dinner at 8pm.

My function started at 6. They served only welcome drink and when I asked snacks item, their answer was we will have snacks item in dinner plate and will not serve separately.

From my schooling onwards I use the word evening SNACK.

What is the use if you serve snack item which we eat in the evening in the dinner menu.

Very bad experience infront of guests.

A small piece of advice from my end as a well wisher to those who want to book a function hall here - go with multiple people along with you to have evidence on what they promised to serve and also have some documentation and signature of the manager on the items list...

I have been visiting this restaurant for a long time and it used to be really good before 2024. But after the ownership change, both the food quality and service have gone down drastically.

During my recent visit, I was shocked to see cockroaches under the table, which clearly shows poor hygiene. The food is also not the same anymore – starters like loose prawns and chicken lollipop are heavily coated with artificial colors, and it’s hard to even identify whether it’s chicken or prawn. The tomato soup I ordered didn’t look or taste like tomato soup at all. Even the chicken dum biryani was disappointing as we got the worst cuts of chicken.

It’s really sad to see such a decline, especially when the place used to be one of the best earlier. Definitely not the same...

Its a good hotel. Food here tastes okay. Coming to the prices, they seem to be pretty high when compared to taste. Somebody reaching out to this particular hotel need to make sure that you are going to this restaurant either before 4 PM or after 7 PM as between 4-7 they clean the kitchen and bowls I guess.l, that's what they said and that is why they don't provide all other food items and we are left out only with the items which were already made. Neatness wise and staff wise this place is good, staff is available mostly all the time. Food wise, I guess I can say...
