Sale person are untrained, they are not well informative about the product. Specially female sales person are horrible they are not well mannered. All the male were grouping together and no one are willing to come forward alone to describe about the product. They were coming out in bulk and no one has proper knowledge about the product. When i asked certain questions about the product to the male salesman who come forward to demo the product the female salesman girl were giggling in their group and one salesgirl was walking repeatedly in between the person who was showing the demo and us. All the salesman were grouping and watching tv just in the entrances of the door and don’t have sense to excuse when the customer is exiting after purchasing a product, instead i have to asked them to excuse me. Thanks to great eastern company.. That this AC is lying uninstalled in my hall.. The sale service.. O my god.. What should I say.. They don't even know whether AC has to be install or not.. Before selling they said..AC install ho jaega but see 50baar call karliya.. Ek baar bhi response nhi hai.. And hats off to the owner of that shop who doesn't care what services their staff is providing to us.. My worst experience ever.. This review will not affect them.. And also other staff who doesn't care about customer should be given special awards for their attitude and their services.. The most disrespectful staff in whole of Guwahati in an electronic appliances store. I told them I have a limited budget and to show me the appliance with less amount of money, the next thing that salesman did was shout at the top of his voice and say Rs. XYZ is the least amount of that particular range of appliance. He really thought he would humiliate on the basis of their customer's income potential. Some are commenting good reviews I don't know what chacha-bhanja relation they might have but this is the last place you should go to, or better just don't go.
