Kalita Spectrum — Restaurant in Assam

Cafe D Kalita one of the finest food destinations in the city located at hotel shoolin grand six mile. I am pretty much in love with the place like always and since they had introduced some very out of the box that’s the Korean cafe which has a spellbound influence over the Korean theme... yes, guys they serve you Korean food ! I was there last week and trust me I had a blast with amazingly great flavours.Genuinely that's a charm of a place and its situated at the ground floor which also has a outdoor seating arrangement. Located at the heart of the city this place is incredibly great because of its widest variety of food.. They serve you some amazing Korean food, along with Italian and Indian too. They never compromise on taste and hence they have been a landmark for all foodies like us. The service is good and the hospitality is mesmerising... The staff is so amazing on their at the same time it’s pretty week on service. The food is served to you within 15 mins. The manager is so humble! Totally loved it! My favourite was the Asian noodles( probably it was rice noodles) the gravy fish Momos and the kimchi salad... I also loved the chicken burger and the baked chicken lasagna and the pizza was too cheesy ... We also tried a indian non vegetarian platter which had Tandoori chicken and chicken malai tikkas. The malai tikka is my favourite. The chicken wontons are nice & crispy pretty lip smacking. The mozzarella cheese sticks were tempting and do try it ! The chicken cheese buldak is something one should surely try for it’s very different and great taste. Tried the huge glass of Oreo Shake 💖and a cappuccino which was a big thumbs up. The dessertlicious chocolate sundae was terrific in taste ... I mostly enjoyed the huge blueberry cheese cake and the mango cheese cake they were the shows topper. This is being my favourite place indeed and I am surely visiting again very soon... And yes Good luck Kalita Cafe keep serving us with your good...

Kalita Spectrum is one of the premium and upmarket restaurants in Guwahati located in Rukminigaon area of the city along the G. S. Road. It is one of those restaurants where one rarely gets disappointed. Actually the restaurant has two parts to it. One which has an outdoor sitting facility along with an indoor one and which is visible from the street outside. The other one is the one which isn't visible from the street and is housed inside the building (the same building which houses the hotel named 'Hotel Shoolin Grand'). Kalita Spectrum restaurant is at the base of the hotel building. My review is limited to the part of the restaurant which is inside the building. The time of my visit to the restaurant was around 10:40 pm and it was buzzing with guests inside the restaurant who had come for dinner. I was told that Kalita Spectrum allows guests to enter up to 11:00 pm. Since I had difficulty in finding a suitable place (table) for two persons upon my entry into the restaurant, one person who appeared to be one of the floor managers (who was quite friendly btw) guided me and my wife to an unreserved and clean table. I must say that the restaurant management means business and is quite professional. Everything written in the menu was available. I just needed to order whatever item I wanted to have, even in the late hours. The menu offered varied choices from continental to Indian, chinese included. From what I can say after having dinner at Kalita Spectrum restaurant is that the quality and quantity of food are top notch. I didn't have anything to complain about after having such great quality food at the restaurant. I need to specially mention the top quality staff behaviour and attitude. They were too caring and helpful and attended to our needs very promptly. Overall my experience at Kalita Spectrum restaurant has been quite satisfying and pleasing. Keep up...

Visited the place on 13 April 2021. Below is my review :

The place is located on a very well maintained hotel . The ambience is great and the table were neat and clean. Talking about the stuff very polite and are very genuine to there work. Ordering waiting time may very depends on what you ordering but better to ask the waiter how much time your dish may take. They do have a bar seating as well ask them if you want to seat inside the bar. They do serve all kind of beverages as well as Alcohol. They will serve you with Mango refresher drink and a pani puri plate as a compliment when seated on the restaurant. The beer prices are reasonable along with the wishky. The best part is they give you nuts (badam) and sprouts as a compliment as well on the house. Also they do have a smoking area seperatly inside the place. Let's talk about the Food, we orderd chicken Tandoori full which can easily full up-to 3 person (with Drinks) the taste was really good and delicious 😍😍.. The main course also have variety of options from a big meanu, we had chicken Hakka noodles with kung Pau chicken which was really good. Overall worth spending your bucks on the food and will definitely be visiting again
