A new freshly appointed manager having a mustache may be is under age 45 to 50 is very rude and disrespectful towards customers since he has been appointed here he doesn't response and behave well with the customers specially woman's gets really uncomfortable due to his ugly behaviour, he sleeps all the time switching on a table fan spreading his both legs wide open, while in this July August season customers gets almost boiled who likes to sit on top floor. I recently visited Woodbox with high expectations, but my experience was extremely disappointing.

I ordered a grilled sandwich, anticipating a delicious meal, but what I received was far from it. The sandwich consisted of a bread with a slice of cheese, which was neither grilled nor satisfying. This was completely unexpected and unacceptable.

The atmosphere of the cafe was another letdown. It was unhygienic, with a weird smell permeating the entire space. Additionally, there was no proper ventilation, as the fans and air conditioning were either non-functional or absent altogether, making it an uncomfortable place to dine. Interior wall and ceiling is good. And that's it.

It has an AC. Which was not working. Few wall fans which again is not working. So we were serviced by Stand Fans. 3 tables have wooden sofa type chair (not sofa) which were atleast comfortable, rest had hard stools, like u might find at roadside. The table is worst, it moves and changes it's position whenever we move anything over the table. We ordered one Lime Soda, one Paneer Mayo Roll and Manchau Soup. Lime soda was OK. But Paneer roll was so badly wrapped, that it opened before it was half finished. And soup was half bowl only.

All this at the premium rate. If only I rate...
