Worst Hotel I ever Visited in my Life. I Recommend All of You who are visiting this Hotel Please Don't Stay at this Hotel. They don't have any Service and the Owner will say to Cancel your Oyo Booking and Pay at Hotel in Cash. Its owner thinks it's one of the best hotel in the Tezpur but I will Say this is one of the worst hotel I ever Visited in my life. There is no cleaning in the room and washroom, there is not any Dialing Service. Their washroom is too dirty and doesn't have any cleanliness in the room. I found a Big Forest spider , cockroach and a lizard in my Room so if you are a person like beard grills ( Man Vs Wild man ) then this hotel is for you because there are so many insects you will find in your room to eat. But if You are a person like me who likes hygiene at every place I suggest you not even dare to stay at this hotel even at the worst. I will sleep on the road instead of staying in a hotel like this. And Their Owner thinks he should charge Rs. 1000 per room per day for this kind of worst hotel. Please don't even think of staying at this hotel even if it charges you only Rs. 100 per day . Read moreFraud hotel... Receptionist and hotel owner both are fraud. We booked a room through OYO, called the hotel and informed them that we will reached by 6 in the evening. They said okay, no problem. Reached the hotel. And asked for our booking. Receptionist told our check in time is morning 5am to 12pm. So denied our check in. Call the hotel from the app. The guy on the phone told, go to helpline and put a complaint. He is not from hotel. He is just an worker in OYO. Whereas, whenever you call a hotel from OYO app, the hotel staff receives the phone not oyo customer care. They told us to book offline room and cancel the online booking which we already paid. Moreover offline room cost was way to higher than at what we got in OYO... In OYO hotel rules were mentioned after 12pm till 11 am on the next day. So much fraud. This hotel should be closed by the authorities. They are doing false practices, cheating genuine customers and blaming OYO. Soon going to file a Consumer Case. Read moreThe receptionist was rude and misbehaved. Reached the hotel at around 6:30pm. The booking was done in an online mode from OYO in about 600. Before arrival, I had called to confirm the check in time. The receptionist clearly stated that the room will be provided no matter whatever time you reach. After I had reached, the receptionist denied allowing us to check in saying that the check in time is from 5am to 12pm. Whereas, in the oyo website it's mentioned after 12pm, checking in is allowed.
