Flora Family Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Assam

It used to be the most popular bar & restaurant in Tezpur. But now, their restaurant part has gone considerably down. Food are not as tasty as before. Less varieties of food to choose from. Again the overpriced food items makes is more worst for the restaurant. My own experience : I went to this restaurant after a gap of more than 8 years. I ordered my old time favorite mughlai paratha, which was the best in this restaurant. But, found out to be discontinued. Then I ordered veg noodles and chilly chicken gravy(not boneless as it was 50 rupees more than the regular). There too I got a surprise, the regular chilly chicken was like bonefull not a single piece of regular chicken, all of them small and full of bones. At last I thought of giving it another chance, so asked them to pack 3 chicken rolls for me, there too I faced disappointment, they clearly told me they won't be able to serve it, as it would take them more than an hour to prepare it. So, in total it was a very negative experience for me. And as I went with my relatives, and this restaurant was my suggestion to them, so I also had to face embarrassment. I am still giving it 3 stars for old times sake. Hope it will be able to regain it's former self...

For last many years, I have been going to Flora with my family, the food quality was good. But yesterday (16/10/2021), I went there with my family and ordered veg dishes. My 9 year old daughter was having Paneer masala, suddenly my daughter got a piece of mutton bone in her curry, another member got a bone of a fish in his dish. It was totally unexpected. We all stopped our eating and got up. When I complained, the manager said sorry and gave an excuse that after dussehra the cooks are a bit imbalance. How can we expect such thing from Flora. They said to discount 500 from my bill, but I paid the full bill without food. From my student life I use to go to Flora but This is my last visit to Flora, and I will tell all my known persons, not to visit there. THE QUALITY IS...

It's now totally bad hotel I just go in their and take a ful plate of biryani but afterwards they give me overfry biryani and then I thik it's happen some time but not only this the waiters didn't here you and now it's not so luxury just one day go in this hotel then you will remember my words I didn't see and service and overfry food in any hotel that I found here literally I have to pay 450rupees for biryani and 20 rupees for service this hotel was discussing I recommend you that if you have a great mood or birthday then don't go this hotel and thous people didn't understand my words then they can go and see and also waste their money totally time waste money waste ... You can go and see what wired...
