Ever Day — Restaurant in Assam

I think the owner deleted my previous review, so I am writing this again. In my previous review, I complained about the guy at the counter being rude to me for paying for a huge order (Rs. 2000+) with change notes. While I do understand that it was rush time in the evening, I would had appreciated if he hadn't been so rude. I had considered not to further patronize this place, but I did go there recently, and I am pleased that they have taken appropriate measures with the guy in question. I talked to a few servers and they were very nice and friendly, provided excellent service, and when I talked to them about my experience, they gave me satisfactory replies and assured me that it won't happen again.

My family have been loyal customers of everbake for so many years. Their pricing and food have always been good. However sadly of late the the quality of their products and service is becoming very poor. Once I ordered a cake last minute for my friends birthday and they gave us a stale cake. Recently my father brought the Chinese combo of the restaurant and it was so overly spicy and red in colour that we couldn't eat. Above all the service of the restaurant staff is horrible and reckless. Its sad to see the state of rhis restaurant detoriating, as it used to be one of our favorite places. With so many good restaurants coming up in jorhat like Moti mahal deluxe, with superb service, food and ambience, this place really have to upgrade itself if it wants to see itself in the food...

Everbake is just like our go-to place for food! From samosas , kachoris to pastries and cakes, from mouthwatering chhole-bhature to delicious pizzas , everbake is always our first choice! You can even order birthday cakes here. It has got a variety of sweets and even chaats. The staff is polite and maintains hygiene by wearing gloves before serving anything. The food is fresh and absolutely no complaints till now. It's been more than 7years I've been eating from this place and it has maintained my trust since then. 5 stars to this amazing place!
